The restaurant is clean and the people friendly. I asked my waiter for a suggestion because everything sounded so food and he recommended the flank steak. It was Amazing! So much flavor, a taste if the char and so tender. My new favorite and I will be back! Maybe next time I'll get the Margaritas I wanted. ? Thanks for an amazing meal, see you next time!

We decided to try La Duni Latin Cafe for brunch. It wasn’t packed which was nice. The cafe is small but cozy. They have some cute robots going around helping waiters/waitresses deliver food and collect dirty plates, awesome concept.Food was really good. We wanted to try the sweet bread since it looked delicious but were full by the end. They are understaff so wait time was longer than planned but right now that’s understandable. Not very baby friendly as there’s no changing table but you can manage in the restroom.Overall I liked the place and will definitely go again to try other dishes and bread.

Hosted a tea time (3:30-5pm) baby sprinkle here and was very impressed! Overall, had a positive experience and enjoyed our time here!Pros : customer service - Taco was the guy I talked to about reserving space and confirming numbers. His customer service was excellent. Always accommodating and happy to answer questions. The tea time was wonderful. 3 tiers of savory and sweet things were on the table along with fresh flowers. Tea, coffee, and drinks were ordered individually. Everyone really seemed to enjoy it.Cons: Short staffed for wait staff so it was a little slow but we were not in a hurry so not that big of a deal. Biggest downside was still being charged for people who had to cancel. There were three in our party who ended up being sick but I was still charged for tea time for them. This would deter me from hosting something here again as people get sick or kids get sick and plans change.

Place has gone majorly downhill.

I was here for brunch with a friend this past weekend and the entire experience was very poor. It was several minutes before we were finally greeted and it was generally difficult to get the servers attention. When we did get the servers attention we asked for chips and salsa, which we never got. I ordered the breakfast tacos and they were so wet and soggy that they left a big pool of grease in the middle of the plate and were inedible. Upon making my reservation I paid $60 as a deposit, however the deposit was never credited and we were charged the entire amount of the bill. A woman with a laptop ensured us the amount would be refunded in a couple hours but now more than 48 hours later it has not been refunded. Overall this was the worst experience, I would’ve never expected this from La Duni and the fact that we were double charged for it is inexcusable.

I love the pollo aljibe so much that I can’t bring myself to order anything else when I eat here. You must try it at least once. The empanadas and side dishes are great too. Also it seems that they’ve been understaffed since the pandemic hit. Props to management for trying new things to supplement restaurant staff like the mobile order/pay and the robot waiters. I thought the service was still excellent and it was fun to have a Spanish-speaking robot bring food to my table.

My experience with La Duni was when I needed to order desserts for an event. The online order system did not offer all the items or the date and time that I needed to pick up. I attempted to contact them without success to order in advance (was hung up on, left on hold for 30 minutes, etc.). I ended up going into the restaurant to place the order. When I arrived, I was given a horrible attitude from the woman behind the counter, who even rolled her eyes at me when I made my request, and still did not help me. I finally was able to place my order with what seemed to be the owner or manager. I placed my order, paid in full, scheduled the pick up for a week later, and even tipped. When I arrived at the scheduled time for pick-up the order, it was not put together. As they began to put my order together in front of me they turned around and said, "oh, we are out of what you ordered, would you like something else?" There was never an apology given, offer of a discount (not that I would accept one), or acknowledgment of the error. Then, when I got home with the items, what they substituted me with was incorrect. As a restaurant with such a high rating and great reputation, I expected a lot better and was highly disappointed. I hope they read this review, make some changes, and do better.

Great family restaurant!!!My family and me really enjoy the food and the customer service.Everything taste delicious. The chinita coffe is very bold and tasty.

My family loved this place. The atmosphere was very calm and Latin American. The food was delicious, the drinks were ?? & service was great. My kids loved the robot that brings out the dishes with a song ?We'll definitely be coming back to try out more dishes.

Such an enjoyable lunch with a good friend. The service was welcoming, efficient and timely. The chicken flautas with rice and black beans were delicious as was the guacamole and crispy chips. Dessert was strawberries and cream ice cream. Delightful!!
