Do not order from this place is my best advice. In town for business and this location had 4+ rating but not sure why. Ordered an Asian salad and instead they sent Asian meatball. I also ordered the orange chicken but what came was a container of chicken that had a rubber texture, with no orange flavor but a mainly ginger one. On top of this there was so much water in the sauce that it was more a soup than what it should be, which leads me to think they are just trying to make more money by watering down their sauce. And the taste was very bad. And finally when I called the place to let them know they sent the wrong item and my displeasure with the entree there was no answer for several hours, even though they were open. It kept going to vmail. I believe since they are close to the hotelI was staying at and they knew it was a hotel guest order they did not care.Avoid disappointment, order from any place else… even fast food would be better.
My first time here. The staff was friendly, the take away service was fast and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the beef lettuce wrap. The beef was very tender and flavorful. The salmon poke bowl was great as well. Can’t wait to go back and try new items.
I was in the area and not really craving a sandwich, so I stopped here and I’m glad I did! ?I loved their plant-based bowl-very fresh and healthy. They have an assortment of different flavored teas to choose from. I tried the unsweetened peach tea and it was so refreshing! I like that you also get to try different flavored dipping sauces to pour on your bowl-I recommend the spicy and sweet soy sauce variations. Oh, and they have fro-yo! The European Tart mixed with the orange guava was so yummy!! ? I want to come back to try their other menu options. ?
The service is really good! I ordered a bowl of Seoul Beef. It tastes delicious. I soon finished the rice but there were still lots of beef left. I was given extra rice without charge. As a first-time visitor, I was offered free frozen yoghurt and drink. Excellent customer service!
Simply fantastic. The service was super fast and our food was delicious. Several nutritionally balanced options on the menu at great prices. The restaurant was incredibly clean and well-maintained. This will be our new ‘go-to’ spot when we’re in the area.
First time visitors receive a free beverage with purchase. The Ahi Tuna bowl was so delicious.and the owner and staff were very welcoming and super friendly.
Kuai Asian Kitchen provides quality, healthy Asian food for a great price, with large portions! I love their chicken and beef dishes, but they have many vegan items created with style. You can order on line, and pick up yourself so quickly! This saves the restaurant from paying third party driver's fees, and helps keep their employees safely employed and happy. Don't wait...check out their menu. You will become a weekly customer after your first visit!
Love both locations for hip, fast, healthy & delicious takes on Asian menu. Love the dumplings, tuna tower, and "hot drop" soup. Dumplings travel great for takeout dinner at home. And don't forget the frozen yogurt. $1 with entrees.. free for first timers. I really, really love this place.
The woman working behind the counter is one of the friendliest customer- service oriented people I’ve met and was super nice.Having said that, I came here with a few friends and the food was really bad for all of us. They give you free dumplings if you leave a good review which I think is why they have so many positive reviews. But I wouldn’t recommend eating here.I also got overcharged when I checked my credit card statement afterwards.
The ahi tuna tower bowl was ahMazing! Paired really well with their hot sour soup and in-house fresh brewed tea. I also loved that they had a self service condiments bar stocked with all kinds of sauces, and veggie toppings like green onion, cilantro, pickled ginger and much more. Excited to come back and bring the whole family! We finished off our meal with delicious FROYO too. ? ? ?
