IF YOU ARE WANTING TO BUY A CAKE FROM THE BAKERY DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. THEY HAVE NO WORKERS AND WILL NOT PUT UP A CLOSED SIGN. So you are just standing around waiting. I have tried to order a cake 7 times within 1 week. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE WANTING A SPECIALITY CAKES THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALEAYS CLOSED SO YOU CAN NOT BUY STAMPS, PAYBILLS. And today I came to speak to a manager and I AM STILL WAITING 30 minutes later
Very Long lines at customer service especially on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of the month. 1 worker) at customer service at least get 2 workers! At customer service counter, Especially on the 1st of the month when people paying bills and rent! Ridiculous!! Waited in line almost 1 hour to pay a bill. Rude employees
This store needs more employees ASAP . We shouldn’t have to wait 1 hr to get checked out. The employees seems to be very rude. I don’t blame them. They don’t have the help they need. Hire more people Kroger. This is ridiculous. If I can give zero star I would have ?
Very nasty rude staff most especially Gilbert who was very horrible and doesn't understand management or customer service. Went to return a Kroger branded item which I couldn't find the receipt, I tried to show them the policy which says I can get a store card. But instead Gilbert said he is not refunding my item and I should leave the store. He didn't even want to look at the online plus card account on my phone to check the receipt. No customer paying their hard earned money should be treated in this manner. Gilbert is meant to be the supervisor/manager and yet he is not aware of the policy or true culture of Kroger. Kroger at forest lane is a disgrace to all Kroger and the staff and management need retraining on Kroger policy, culture and good customer service. In addition to this, the floor is constantly filled with expired bakery products and packaged vegetables.I don't think I will ever go to the forest lane Kroger again unless I am assured of good customer service. If the managers and supervisor in forest lane are really horrible how will other staff act? They try their best but are led by inadequate management. Gilbert and some of his supervisory team that worked at Kroger forest lane on 28th January 2022 at 10am should be moved to another Kroger or retained accordingly.
Horrible experience this morning with my husband being follow by this ridiculous security black African female all over the store plus 2 more employees!!! Until we check out I ask them if everything was okay they just laugh and said I am just doing my job ! What job ? Escort people through the store ? This happened this morning before 9 am …..I hope the manager does really say something to the employees because the power of social media this days is priceless. I recorded everything on Snapchat as well. Fix this !
The store is always clean but they hardly ever have regular registers open. I went to get a few things for our office lunch and the self checkout line was all the way to the other door. The lady Christina who helped with the self checkout was very friendly. I'm not sure if they are short staffed but the long lines during such a busy time of day is crazy.
Nice store, excellent customer service
Worst service I’ve ever had. They closed and locked over 10 customers out before the store closed. To make it worst the lady was pushing the door closed as I walked it and cared nothing about hitting me with door. All I needed was a lemon and they refused to allow me in 15 min prior to the store closing. Not sure if this happened because I’m black, but I will never spend my money here.
Nice place, and beyond expectation. It's known for fruits, vegetables and bakery items.
I went into this Kroger for the first time I went through the self checkout the sales Associate name Shonda is amazing she is very knowledgeable about the sales and her customer service is amazing I went and gave her a complement to her manager and found out she is new. I recommend going threw her line anytime .
