Closed on a bad weather day
LOVE MY LGBTQ HOME STORE FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY CLEAN ALWAYS DECORATED FOR THE SEASONS TOO. KEEP UP THE GREAT SPIRIT
Worse kept property on Douglas Ave.
I had the worst experience today at the Kroger on Cedar Springs in Dallas,Tx! I went to the butcher like I usually do on my lunch break. The last time I went I had an amazing experience the butcher that day went to the back and grab some trout for me! But today this associate named Brett was extremely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing him, as he was grabbing my shrimp I asked how was he doing today? Sincerely out of concern, no response.. so I asked again.. he shrugs
Great selection at competitive prices
We moved to the neighborhood that this Kroger serves and were disappointed when we went to check out and every single lane was automated; there were no checkout clerks in the entire store.
Sean the manager is rude and lacks customer service. The choice to go to only self checkout and then keep lanes closed while lines grow is annoying. Hey
KROGERS IS A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP...
All self checkout with no safe distancing from staff overseeing self checkout. Management is as clueless as the customers trying to work new system. Will no longer shop at this location.
