They have awesome donuts here in the morning if you get them on a good day. The nightshift can't cook, so their donuts go to the birds. The reason I give this a one star is to the nearly incompetent staff especially on nights which either lack common sense or are just mean. You are not allowed to ask any questions such as when are the next batch of hot donuts coming out or they will look at you funny every single time you go there whether you say something to them or not. They are a younger crowd that loves drama. Also, avoid the drive thru, one of the ladies there just throws in cold garbage deformed donuts just to get rid of them, and you cannot question any of that, or she will cry foul. The waitstaff is just that bad. There are a few on days who work the counter are ok, but the women in do-rags have got to go, talking about lazy.
I placed an order online (only ordered because it was the last day they were offering a specialty doughnut I wanted to try) but when I got there they told me they were out. I placed my order 2 hours before I picked it up and they had my contact info (provided both my email and phone). So I'm a bit upset that 1.) They have an out of date online ordering system and 2.) That I wasn't contacted about my items being unavailable.
Worse experience ever ! Came to get donuts while the hot sign was on. The young lady proceeded to tell me the donuts are not hot. Corporate makes them leave the hot sign on. I was very confused due to the fact they are known for the hot sign meaning fresh donuts. The employee Novella starts cussing me out over the microphone. Waving her middle fingers in my face while I’m at the window. Very very disrespectful and rude. I will never return to this location again. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION
I ordered donuts as a surprise for 50 colleagues at work. I placed the order online at 5:00 pm to be delivered the next morning at 7:45 a.m (6 dozen total) since we all began a class at 8:00 a.m. The delivery driver called at 8:00 am (15 minutes after expected delivery!) to say they were out of the two dozen plain glazed to see what I wanted instead.. sprinkles or chocolate iced. When the donuts arrived at 8:30 (45 minutes late) we opened up the boxes and I was stunned to see how stale all of the donuts were. You can see how the glaze changes with time and these were super stale. A couple of the boxes had donuts that were much smaller than the rest.. like mini sized donuts. This was hugely disappointing. They were so stale that we ended up throwing out two boxes worth in the afternoon because no one wanted them. $70 plus driver tip for the worst donuts in my life. I called customer service that afternoon and spoke at length to a c/s rep who apologized and said she would forward this to managers. That was almost a week ago and no one ever followed up with me. I have loved Krispy Kreme my entire life (if I saw that HOT NOW sign I would always stop) but I was so embarrassed in front of 50+ co-workers that I won't stop now and I recommend you don't either.
By far the worst location I’ve ever gone to. The signage is always dark as if the location is closed, chairs were on top of the table when entering as if the guest aren’t welcomed. I called before arrival to ensure they were open but they didn’t answer. The lot is dirty with random people hanging around and the employees just show up any type of way. Our latest server was sagging, his shirt was half in half out of his pants, and we had to ask him to put on gloves before preparing out donuts.

We literally waited 25 minutes and nobody would take our order in the drive thru. Two cars were waiting as well and employee told me they were closed . They were closed 25 min before the closing time. And it took them 20 min to tell us there was no donuts oh and that they were closed. I asked why they didn’t say anything and had 3 cars waiting. Then I asked for her name and she never gave it to me. Horrible customer service. And if you guys are closing at 9:30 and not 10 you should let your customers know.
pulled up to the drive through just to be informed they did not had original glazed or glazed doughnuts holes and when asked what are they doing to keep custemers happy employee just said order from what is available or drive awayPoor cuatomer service no sign notifying clients of their problems for not having doughnutsManagement should train better their employees on how to keep customer satisfaction even when facing technical dificulties.so disappointed of the brand
is zero stars allowed lol? the doors are locked over an hour before closing time and the workers are chitchatting up front at the registers? At least update hours or notify customers if closing that early… and if you’re closing shouldn’t you be cleaning/closing shop.. not just talking with locked doors
The doughnuts were not fresh
