The food was amazing!
Great food. So glad Kona Grill supports the North Texas Food Bank during Restaurant Week!
It was just one of those meals that was okay but nothing stood out as Wow. Service was good but not great. Had to ask for any extras like wasabi and ginger. And they were out of ginger which impacts the sushi experience.
Server Elijah was awesome. He took really good care of us and acknowledged our special occasion.
I have been to Kona grill almost every week for sushi until last night , they have a new sushi chef and the rolls were horrible , not the same kind nor quality or presentation , it was really bad !!!
Went for Restaurant Week. Wife had Prime Rib and I had Surf & Turf. Her Prime Rib was overcooked and her whipped potatoes were cold. My filet was the toughest piece of meat I've eaten anywhere in many years. The manager stopped by and asked how things were. I told him the filet was tough and the potatoes were cold. He apologized. As we were leaving, he told me that he had comped the Sake because of the food issues. I checked the bill when we got home and nothing was comped. That was fine, I don't mind paying. But the fact that he mentioned it and didn't do it made a lackluster dinner experience a little bit worse. We always use Restaurant Week to try new places. We are glad we tried Kona Grill but we won't be back.
This is a great place for girls night out. Food was good. Wait staff was new, but what she lacked in menu knowledge, she made up in kindness. Management was attentive and kind as well.
Our server was great!
All food and drinks were great except the ribs appetizer. Someone messed up on the sauce
Service is as horrible. Didnât offer anything for my wifeâs birthday. Order was wrong.
