First of all I want to start by saying the prices you have on this OpenTable app needs to be updated. Second I was charged $4.50 to share a literal can of sprite with my husband, third if you are going to charge $11 for sides at least put some seasoning in them other than grease. Our waitress was new and she managed to handle my pricing confusion very well so I tipped her very well. Also if someone can tell the DJ that there are more than one genres of music other than the twerking kind, thatâd be great. It almost make syou stand on furniture at times. ð¤·ð½ââï¸

Food was good, but had to be because it took a whileeeeee for us to get it. Wait staff is great! Good vibes, but I requested a window seat in my reservation made a week prior so I feel like that could have been accommodated. It's not high end so I guess the requests aren't acknowledged, but it's not low end either! Greens could use a little less water in the bottom of the bowl. Didn't expect it to be this busy on a Sunday! Overall good because it was a friend's birthday and he was happy!
Food was outstanding. However, it took over 45 minutes to receive it. Our waiter good. We appreciate his service. He kept checking in on us because of the long wait.
We were in Dallas visiting. I had been following kitchen + kocktails on social media. So we made reservations on our last day in Dallas. My husband and I enjoyed it. The food was good, the service was good, the drinks were good, and the DJ was awesome. We will be returning on our next visit to Dallas.

Stubbled across this GEM!!!! Itâs a whole VIBE in there. The Dj was rocking. He even had the grandmas jamin. THE FOOD ð¤¤ð¤¤ I had the lamb chops! They gave me the wrong side but the food was so good, I didnât even care. Canât wait to come back!!!
Extremely loud. The entrees were well seasoned (salty), but the sides were bland. The drinks were expensive and watered down. Not worth what you spend.
This is by far one of the best upscale soul food restaurants in Dallas Texas. The food is always amazing and staff is great.
Very good food. Was very thrown off about charging my wife and I separate checks, and adding gratuity to each check. Not sure if I would dine again for that reason.
