These chocolates are delicious and make an awesome gift (I bought two for gifts). My only complaint is I spent $120 on chocolates and there’s no sheet that explains what each flavor is. So as my friends receive them, they have no idea what they are eating—very disappointing. I probably won’t come here again because of that. Don’t get me wrong, they are gorgeous and look amazing (like colorful paintings) especially for a gift. But part of the enjoyment of eating filled chocolates is knowing what you’re eating. The Rainbow Bar (with fruity pebbles) was quite good!
The chocolate looked very pretty and the staff was nice but they didn’t know anything about the chocolates or where they were made at. The mocha they gave me tasted really bad, they didn’t know how to use the espresso machine and when I asked, they refused to give me a refund. Left the shop very unsatisfied.
These chocolates are AMAZING!There are many unique flavors sure to please the toughest critics.
Amazing hot chocolate. Chocolates are an artistic treat for eyes and the tastebuds. Bought a couple of hot chocolate snowmen -- so beautifully crafted, that I almost hate to melt them into hot cocoa.
Absolutely Incredible It’s Chocolate Art
Such a delicious treat! I love these chocolates. Sophisticated flavors that are beautifully presented. I saw old reviews complaining about the price not being worth it. My guess would be some of those are people who don't know what cardamom is or hazelnut is. I got some of these from a Sewell dealership as a little treat when my car was serviced last year. I was hooked. HOOKED!
Delicious and interesting flavors. Beautiful designs and colors.
Tried it for the first time after hearing about it from several friends. I was pleasantly surprised by quality of the chocolates and how colorfully they were painted! It was a perfect gift. S/o to Melissa for helping me pick the best ones out. Thank youuu
This place is one of the BEST in the world!! I remember when this spot first opened in Trinity Groves and Kate-herself was there serving something magical and special!! It was some kind of ice cream with a whole bunch of magic, deliciousness, and “slap yo mama” in, on and around it!! It was only that weekend i believe, but I was hooked for a lifetime after that!!!??I haven’t been here in years and I’m so sorry! But I NEVER forget!!!I used to be hooked! And I will still always stop by and show my love! ❤️???I’m on my way now!!!
On 11/26/21, I was visiting Dallas & stopped by the highly recommended Cake Bar. After purchasing some delicious cake, I noticed Kate Weiser next door. I decided to go inside to check it out. There were 3 female employees behind the counter discussing schedules & one exited the store (possibly the manager). I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Another customer entered & the employees immediately stopped their conversation to assist that customer. I found a couple of items & proceeded to the counter. I stood there waiting for the employees to stop looking at their phones. Finally, I said, "Im ready" & one put her phone down to check me out. I got to the car, tasted this delicious bacon toffee & knew that I had to go back to get more as gifts. I met a friend for dinner at a nearby establishment, then returned to Kate Weiser. The same two employees were still there, talking &looking at their phones. I picked up a couple of items, saw hot chocolate on the menu & stood at the counter waiting to order some. They never even looked up! I put the items back, expressed that they had done the same exact thing to me earlier, let them know I was planning to get gifts & hot chocolate. They didnt apologize for anything but said "we couldnt have made hot chocolate anyway because we are out of milk." I made them aware that I would do a review about my experience. I will NEVER visit again & will tell friends who visit the Cake Bar to NOT go next door to Kate Weiser.
