The food was really good. The only problem I had was that we got wrong bowl, so they fix us another one, but was made wrong. The waitress did a good job and at the end she didn't charge for the bowl and gave me the correct food. Food was delicious.

Thank you once again.This was my first time ordering here and I am not impressed. I definitely did not receive what I ordered. Both of my ramens were incomplete, missing 9/10 off the additives. The amount they charge, you would assume you would get everything you ordered and not get charged for something you received. I tried contacting the restaurant about my order and had no luck. Never coming back. I do not recommend
I am normally a Tonkatsu lover but I wanted to try something new so I got the Shrimp Wonton Ramen, added an egg, corn and garlic and absolutely loved it! I'm so glad I tried something new...I will definitely order it again!
This place is so yummy! Fried chicken and spicy ramen can’t go wrong with this. You need to check this place out. More hidden gems in Dallas. Highly recommended

I largely enjoyed my experience at Jinya, but my server insisted they couldn’t validate our parking until after we had already been there for two hours and went on and on about how customers just didn’t get it and would ask him to validate and he just couldn’t because the first two hours were free. Low and behold as I exited the garage that I was told earlier that day on the phone would be validated, I owed $10 for my 1 hour and 34 min stay. I was on my way to a show so couldn’t return to the restaurant. I likely won’t be back. There are enough good ramen restaurants around not to mess with this parking validation mess.
