Randomly picked this place for dinner since the place we’d planned to go wasn’t open and this was just nearby. Nice, throwback style diner with indoor and patio seating. Mostly burgers fries and sodas with a few beer selections too. Enjoyed the food. Was going to give it four stars because fries were dry and bland but the guy who checked us out came by and asked how everything was and when we mentioned the fries he gave us sweet potato fries to try which we did enjoy. So five stars for the service. Will definitely keep this on my list of places to go next time I’m in the area.
Gourmet top quality, old fashioned, satisfying cheese and jalapeños - deliciousness in a bun! They put together a mad juicy burger that made me want even more and they don't gyp! Hungry, I wanted something close by and easy. Called in and picked up within 15 minutes. A hot American... Texan type of meal that was so super good; big meal, nice on the wallet plus homely service. This beats franchises any day. Over 30 years in business and still grillin' through! Stop by and support local!

The stuff was very niceI order bacon cheeseburger but it didn’t come with bacon. However he immediately help me put the bacon on my burger.The lettuce, tomato and sauce is on the other side. You can make your burger become special for you.BTY the cheese here is blue cheese. Personally, I prefer cheese slices more.I will give this restaurant 8/10
I'm giving one star because my wife enjoyed the fries. The soda fountain worked and was good and the restaurant was extremely clean.They claim to be old fashioned. In reality they had lots of great memorabilia with convince store quality food and modern day prices.The staff weren't friendly or helpful. The food was horrible and overpriced! The daily special, an order of onion rings and an extra soda was almost $20. In all it was a meal for one.The portion sizes were horrific for the price. I paid almost $4 for 5 small onion rings. The onion rings I had from Jack in the Box the previous day were superior in taste, quantity, size, and price.The hamburger in my opinion was more like a small flavorless piece of cardboard far too small for the bun. My wife stated McDonalds had far better tasting burgers. I couldn't agree more.In all there's a great many cook to order burger places where the portions are far larger, better overall quality, the food is going to taste far fresher, the food tastes a great deal better and you'll pay as much or less and get far more! I strongly suggest you just go somewhere else! The experience here was a great waste of time and money.
First the prices are not cheap. I got the combo special with a cheese burger fries and a drink for 11 plus tax. My husband got onion rings that were 4$ for five rings and a soda. Rip off. My hamburger patty tasted frozen the only reason why this place gets any kind of star is the fries were good and the soda was good. That's it. Place was clean including the bathroom. Customer service was sub par. I will not go here again. McDonald's would have been better.
A neighborhood institution not to be missed. If you want fast food move on down the street. Diverse menu and everything prepared after ordering. If you don't want a burger, they have great salads as well. Soft drinks, ice tea, bottled beer. Family owned for decades. Go and enjoy and old fashioned burger in an old fashioned establishment.
I eat there at least once a month. The service is excellent. The Burgers are the best ever!! the fries are cooked to order, condiments always fresh. I love this place.
