The manager Henry would not honor my free smoothie earned via purchases using the app. It is a very discouraging experience that makes me reluctant to use app or return back to this Jamba Juice location. Henry refused to take ownership of the situation and the level of care he showed me as a customer was unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go to another Jamba Juice location to suit your smoothie cravings.

My bowl was delicious but the service was lacking. Conveniently located off greenville. This spot is great for a refreshing bowl or smoothie. A bit overpriced in my opinion but overall I was satisfied.

The Jamba Juice' delivery process is flawed. The Delivery address given on their app changed to some other address on Doordash's because of which my order got cancelled. The worst part is Jamba Juice doesn't even know that my order is cancelled and I am yet to receive my refund. The whole delivery experience sucked.

We have been coming to this location all the time, but have not faced this issue. We went on 9/11/2021 , The employee was rude, she added too much ice to the smoothie than usual and made us wait. It was literally like we were drinking ice and not a smoothie. Management please make sure you don’t employ this woman.
