When you try to reach to no body is there to assist, they are trying to ignore the refugees whom refer for service and immigration for them all the time!

If you are trying to apply for any Immigration related issues so, please find a individual lawyer, IRC is a good Organization but their Immigration Department is the worst section across the whole organization, once they help you to apply and you pay the fees then it would not be possible to reach them. try someone individual.
