I get super excited whenever I see In-N-Out and I got to share this place with one of my buddies who has never eaten here. He had his first double double and animal style fries and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I just want to say thanks for the constant memories and fantastic service you have given me in California, Colorado and Texas. Phenomenal!
Such N excellent experience! Food is hot and fresh. I could see the guy cutting fries to order. Impressive. The counter guy was super friendly! I can't remember his name, but he had glasses and was so confident in his job. He even brought our order to our table and came back by later to check on us. Sooo good. Place is clean and seems to run like a well oiled machine, even though they was crazy busy. I'm definitely a mew fan. This place has been here fir awhile and I don't know why I never came sooner. I'm a fan and will be back.

I was really really looking forward to my animal style fries with extra spread and the rest of my food. However, after my quick jaunt home my fries were EXTREMELY overdone. They were fried so much I felt like I almost broke teeth. Their plastic fork would just jo in break up the fries into crunchy little pieces until I broke their fork. Not only were they way over fried, but they were then held on/under a warmer for far too long. Which allowed them to harden up beyond crispy, but to just being hard. I tried microwaving them a bit with more spread, and they were still very difficult to eat. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at any In and Out. I don't think I'll be going back to this location soon.
Haven’t been to an in-and-out before my trip to Dallas this weekend. I’ve always wanted to try it and when I finally got the chance to, it was just as great as I imagined it would be. The food was great and the customer service was fantastic! Will definitely come back to this store if I find myself in Dallas again!
I am a California boy and I am biased when it comes to In-N-Out. I am glad they are in Texas now because the nearest one to Oklahoma was in Kingman, Arizona. Love the burgers. Especially when they are Animal style.

I normally don’t give 5 Stars, but wanted to highlight the cleanliness and the friendly staff, especially one cashier, Cindy J., she was amazing. Never met anyone so friendly in a fast food restaurant. I know if we spoke more she would definitely be my friend. Her super positive energy sure rubs off. Will definitely go back for her.Thank you.
