Server was kind and attentive. Parking lot was trashed, but building inside was clean. My eggs were cooked right, but not my companions. Hash browns were not edible. French toast was extremely soggy.
Service was good and the waiter was very pleasant and quick. The food tasted good and was presentable. They did take a while to sit us down when there was no one there and the place looked unclean and it smell weird.
Been here before and wasn't bad but it's IHOP and always seems like an expensive meal for a cheap food. That's expected, but what made it a poor visit was I had ordered a chocolate milk and a water and never got my chocolate milk. Every time I asked for my chocolate milk I would just get another glass of water. Not quite sure what was up with that but not a pleasant time.
Poor service, stood waiting to be seated 10 min on my lunch break.
Been here for an hour and I am just getting my drinks. I understand it's Christmas day, but the staff is not doing any effort to take care of customers. There's not many people here. Place is a mess.
Stood upfront to be seated and 3 waiters walked by several timess and not once did one stop and say something about seating or wait time.Not sure where manager was at, but it was not at work.From the 20 tables only 2 occupied.
Quick service even though busy. Friendly staff. Could have been a little cleaner, but overall was a good choice for a quick meal.
BRITTNEYYYY Absolutely loveeeeeeee me some Brittney she’s the best and absolutely deserves to be a manger and paid more her customer service and desire to help is what made me and my 3 friends have an amazing experience the food and shake was delicious ‼️‼️ and omg those eggs are to die for !!! And also Steve was very nice as well and helped us too.
I would give my experience a 4.5! Anyway, the food was plentiful! Very filling and it tasted great! My burger was a bit dry and could've used a bit more mayo but it was still delicious! The fried were phenomenal and the onion rings were good but not the best (Sonic got that crown)! The service was 5 star! Deanna was amazing, funny, and knew the menu with no issue! Loved our experience!!!!
I went Veterans day after work. I was informed that I HOP stopped serving Veterans @ 1900 hrs. This was an 24 hrs operation that agreed they were in fact participating in feed a vet 4 free. If u guys are serious about this most appreciated jesture, flexibility would definitely accommodate those of us who do not have a bankers hours work schedule. I love IHOP which is why this was so disappointing. A public response would also be most appreciated. This app. will not let me post unless I give a rating. I would rate the experience a flop, but like I said I love IHOP which I give a 5 starrespectfully A.F. Vet Mark Miller
