I have never seen this level of rudeness in a customer service industry! The waiter was so rude n very disrespectful we ask for a highchair he pretty much threw it to us and when we order he snatched the menu before we hand him over and that was it we had to leave as that is not acceptable at all. Spoke to the manager she listened never going back there we r from other states and always have the best customer service in our city from IHOP so this was unbelievable to see

Walked in, was seated quickly. There were not many people eating there at 8:30 in the morning. There was so much food on the floor. After sitting and looking at the menu I noticed everything under tables and on the floor. The place just wasn't clean. And for not being busy they could have had one person sweep and in 10 mins had that place in better shape. I walked out. If they don't care about what I can see, how much worse is what I can't see?

This place is a rip off!! The dinning room was closed. The "manager" charged 2 large milkshakes for $14, the size of the cups were kid menu size, she did not provide the receipt even when we asked for the receipt. Her excuse was that it was just one cook and her on staff that night, so that gave her the right and fairness to overcharge... complete bull ... will not be coming back here again

Date of visit- March 1st, 9:30 pm. The 4 of us decided to go to IHOP down the road after attending a church program. Our waitress was "Miss B"as she says everyone calls her. Her real name escapes me but "Miss B"was seating and waiting the entire restaurant on her own !!!!!!! It slowly got busier the longer we were their but she kept pluggin away, being nice to everyone and "taking care of business" !!!!! We were all impressed at her work ethic and how she did her job as best she could....We had ordered (3)2x2x2 breakfast ates and 1 make your own omelet......She brought our beverages in a timely fashion and kept our drinks full throughout our visit.... All of us loved the food that we had ordered and she checked on us to see if we needed anything.....I cannot say enough about "Miss B"and her work ethic and I hope that her manager and the corporate office see this review and see they have an employee that represents their company so well !!!!!!! Thank you "Miss B" for a nice dining experience !!!!!!!

Food tasted good. Portion sizes have gotten smaller and the service was quite slow considering how it wasn't too crowded. But that was probably due to the online orders. But good wait staff up front and at the table.

Terrible manager!!!! I went there, my first time visiting this location. I wanted the "Endless pancakes" Got my first Stack... Knocked that out! Then came the subsequential disaster. I'm thinking there going to bring me out another stack, like the initial feast. Never assume comfort or flex ability from them.So the server doing his job... Tells me, he was told to then serve me 2 pancakes at a time there after.Which doesn't make sense to me!!! I request the manager. To explain the vacuous nature of this ideology???? I'm pressing for time, she the manager says it's corporate policy and formality to give the little baby stack at there leisure basically. I'm like, I just 3 or 4 more pancakes, so I would be a happy customer.They don't believe in making you a happy customer... Why wait for what I want in one easy swoop would have won.You know why???? Terrible Manager that does not know how to take care or be flexible with customers.Imagine, you have no customers miss Manager, where you at on the short stack then. Probably not working.This place sucked... Won't ever go back!Terrible first and lasting impression upon the IHOP brand...Please stay away.

My thing is the hostessthe hostess is Rude inconsiderate outright attitude this man not friends at all.a Hostess is a person who Greet you in a friendly way . understanding impatient he rude how he talk to you before he sits you down to your table not a happy-go-lucky person he shouldn't be a hostess you drop things on the floor then pick them up and put it back on table.when he should just go get a fresh straw .or napkin and put it on the table out right wrong very. Horrible service. Slow, non attentive. I’ll put it this way… I had an order to go and they didn’t come up to me for 15 minutes and were so confused I literally left and did not even take my food to go. It was a joke.

Mrs Ledbetter was very kind and seated our party of 3 quickly. The food very tasty and looked good. Given the current situation with being short staffed everywhere, the food was served timely and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.
