Curbside pickup was suppose to be ready at 1:32 @ 2:30 food still was t ready ?? we’ll see if it’s ready @ 3Update: 2:33 I go inside guy tells me my food is HARD that they have to re make all of it so here I am waiting AGAIN. ??
Waitress was rude from the start. Table was dirty so I asked her if she could wipe it, when the food came I had to ask for silverware and condiments then the food was both overcooked and undercooked, throughout the time there I had to ask another waitress for refills. Will not be coming back to this location and I suggest you guys not waste your time or money here for bad service with attitude.
I was kind of disappointed how I waited on my order and was kindly told "It'll be 5 minutes" when it ended up being way longer. I try to be understanding but I eventually had to search someone out and ask what the status was and they went to check and immediately came back and handed it to me. So fast that it wasnt that they quickly put it together, it had already been bagged up and sitting there. So basically it was ready but they weren't going to get it to me.
very slow customer wise maybe 5 tables seated. Had to wait to be seated. Waited for a server never came went to get one told us they are coming. Waited ? Left , Poor service, party of six.
I placed an app order 30mins prior to getting to the location. I arrived when the app order showed it would be ready which it was on time. I got food around midnight and was surprised that the place had about 6 tables full of customers. There was 1 guy waiting on all the tables as well as answering the phone calls and dealing with takeout orders. Food was pretty good. Will eat here again.
I seen that they didn't have enough staff... so I'm not going to take stars for how long everything took. The staff was friendly and upfront about how much time it would take because of the lack of staff. So honesty is why I gave 5 stars. Our server was friendly but you could tell she had a hard day.
Came here to get food before I go to the air port, the food was good. But the service was unacceptable while people needed to be served they were sitting down like they were on lunch break. And when we finally got our food, I needed a refill and all four employees are sitting here like they they are on break.My significant other had pancakes and did not like the way they tasted and the presentation. So she did not eat them. By the time is was time to pay for the check they tried to take just 50% off instead of taking it all off.Overall very unprofessional establishment.
Service was terrible, waited about 25 minutes for server to cash us out in a semi empty restaurant. Hardly came by to check on us during our meal.Place was dirty, with trash on the floor in multiple areas. Food was a tad cold and disappointing.Would not recommend.
Good food and service. Restaurant mostly empty and was sat next to larger party that was kinda loud. Other than seating, it was good.
They don't have as much options as they use too sadly. The waiters are great people pretty fast on the food and it's only crowded on the weekend.
