Horrible service, do not recommend. The restaurant was pretty much empty upon arrival so the order time was pretty fast. But once i ordered, my order was brought out side by side after waiting for an hour. Everyone I was with, was finished eating by the time I was ready to eat. I had to take my food to go after spending $127. Our waiter didn't look like she was prepared for work and once I asked for the to go container she didn't come back to our table.

Tl;Dr: AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.EXTREMELY slow service, even my drink came out nearly 10 minutes after my partner's. When the food finally came out, my was okay enough, except that they brought out sour cream instead of ranch for my fries (even after we asked for ranch a second time because they'd initially forgotten), but by that point everything had already taken so long that I didn't even care to correct them. My partner's food was *horrendous*. The sausage and bacon were extremely tough (basically inedible) and scrambled eggs looked like they'd been sitting out on the counter for hours.It was even impossible to get the server's attention for the check. I was feeling so uncomfortable antsy in there that I just paid without even looking at the check but I'm pretty sure they overcharged us for the food. We came here because we were in a rush and thought it'd be quicker than some of the other brunch places nearby. We were oh so very wrong. Highly regret wasting our time and money here. Avoid.

First of all, we walked in from the rain and there was a puddle of water inside the door and water spots from steps to the front counter. Second we come in and there is only one person behind the kitchen and one other couple eating. We wait and wait, looking for the host or someone. The customer says the cook is the only one working in the whole place. The cook looks mad, frustrated or tired. So I ask the cook do we just sit down. Rudely he says, no. And I tell him well if you're the only one here you could have at least greeted us and let us know you were the only one here. Grant it it was a small IHOP but no reason to be rude. We continue waiting as he's cooking what appears to be several to go orders. Finally we leave after about 30 minutes waiting on a hello, I'll be right there or even a go to h e l l. I can't really blame the guy, he is there working but don't understand where the owner/manager was at and if there was no one going to show up for work then at least close the place down or don't take any to go orders while there is guest there in person. I definitely won't return here but the owner/manager needs to figure out his work staff.

Feels dirty, unwelcoming. Careless attitude from employees, we walked in, employee looked us right in the eye and turned his back on us while starting to talk to cook. Left it that way until a few minutes later when another employee came towards us from dinning room. Employee snoring in a booth, served food in a booth right next. Anything we told server, such as soda being flat-she made it echo through the restaurant transmitting an attitude, very unpleasant. Will definitely not return nor recommend you visit, avoid yourself the hassle.

Worst service I've ever experienced. They are understaffed and have the cook handling money while simultaneously cooking food.Dude wouldn't even acknowledge me when I walked in then got irritated when I asked if anyone else was workinf. I can't say I blame him, he's most likely underpaid and working double duty (cashier and cook). This IHOP is one of the poorest managed businesses I've been to.No one there only 1 person eating there. Ended up going up the street to in n out who is super busy. Pretty easy to see why.

Stopped in for breakfast as we passed through the area. Server was great! Food was as expected from IHOP (meaning good). Being from out of state we were delighted with some of the different offerings.

The food was perfect. I had a terrible waitress. She looked miserable and she served our food with no silverware. I asked her for silverware and she just took so long I had to get someone else to help. I had to ask other servers everytime I needed anything and she was rude but the 2 male servers were wonderful. They took 20% off for our poor service and the manager listened to my complaint and apologized.

I visit this location quite often do to delivery service that I do and this location is always understaffed very slow and they are not very attentive to the delivery drivers showing up to pick up orders. I personally have waited at least 30 minutes for a delivery order to be picked up and it took 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing there and asked me was I waiting for an order

We were seated right away it wasn’t busy the server (Alejandro) took forever to get our food we got our drinks we waited an hr to get our food and it still wasn’t complete so we waited another 15 minutes to get the rest of our food. Food was good but we won’t be coming back to this place again

Never seen something like this: I was literally the only customer to serve, and they have been able to make wrong twice on my order. They were not focused on customer care, at all, distracted all the time browsing the phone. Congratulations to the owner.
