Great little local shop in a strip mall — with an nice coffee place next door too! The strawberry cheesecake donut was AMAZING and the maple bacon was good as well! ???
Made my first time visit after hearing about this place in soap box news paper. First, there arr so many choices. It's hard to.pick just 1 or 2 . The texture and sweetness are the key, these donuts have a soft but not to soft texture and just the right amount of sweetness. I will be back.

I was in Dallas for the weekend to celebrate my grand daughters 4th birthday. My wife and I took her to Hypnotic Donuts. The donuts and biscuits were great, but I'm giving 5 stars for Bruce's customer service and leadership. When we arrived there was a table reserved with balloons tied to the chairs. While we there, the guest of honor arrived. He was a young child with leukimic retinopathy. The child and the family were greeted by Bruce. He made all of them feel special. Then he called one of the staff over and introduced her. He gave the young lady all of the credit for preparing the special treats for this family. From a leadership perspective, I love how he treated this family and also how he gave all of the credit away to his staff.

We drove 20 mins to visit Hypnotic for the first time because they have vegan donut options on the weekends. One of my sons has a severe egg allergy so it’s hard for him to get to enjoy donuts. They had 5 options for vegan donuts which was amazing. They were delicious!On top of that Coach Bruce brought us an extra flavor for us to taste.On a personal note, my youngest son had a large eye patch on and Coach Bruce asked about what happened. We continued to have a sweet conversation about my son’s cancer journey and he was so kind and thoughtful. We’re going through a lot right now and complete kindness from a stranger was so heartwarming.Before leaving my youngest was back at the donut counter wanting a sprinkled donut, which was not vegan. When I began explaining to him that we couldn’t get that flavor because his brothers allergy, Bruce went out of his way to make us a sprinkled vegan donut.The donuts were amazing, yes, but the humans behind them were also exceptional.Thank you for a great morning, we can’t wait to come back!
