I was there last night. The waiter was so rude. I asked to have half of my food packed it was already 7:30 when I got there to meet some friends and I just really wanted to just try the duck. So the male waiter comes out and says usually people pack there food after they are done with eating. I didn't even finish eating the half of order that I had in front of me. Tasted like a very expensive fried chicken, brown rice tastes like instant rice and this bread... Like mushy uncooked dough. I wasn't satisfied with the food, or environment. We had to call the female waiter to refill our drinks And there was only 2 other tables. The female waiter when we asked for things you can hear her complain as she walked away. Definitely not going there again.
I went to dinner to celebrate a friends birthday. We were given to go menu's for ordering. I ordered the seafood special. It came and i saw mushrooms which i am allergic to. The waiter got the manager who had an attitude. Instead of being polite and asking how can i help u. He was rude and said "what do u want." I then explained im allergic to mushrooms. He then rudely asked me if i wanted it to be remade. I answered yes. The next day i called and explained the situation and was told they would leave the manager a note. I questioned the to go menu's and was told thats what they give. Had i of gotten a real menu i would of known. The individual i talked on the phone was also rude and i asked about the manager. He told me that was the assistant manger and then asked me is that all i wanted. I used to go to the Southlake location with no issues but it closed. This is restaurant that did not live up to their expectations.
I arrive to pick up my food order. About 5 people standing in the pickup area, maybe two tables occupied in the restaurant, and no wait staff to be seen. 5 minutes tick by, and a girl finally comes out; after about 5 more minutes she gets to me. I give her my husband’s (rather unusual) name, she clearly recognizes it, and disappears for at least another 5 minutes. Finally, she slinks up beside me-“uh, I think we gave away your food. Want us to remake it?” No apologies. No attempt at service recovery. Still waiting for the remake another 30 minutes later. This could be the best food in the world (it’s usually pretty good) but their customer service and executive functioning skills are severely lacking.
I am 50 years old and this is my first food review. I arrived at this so called restaurant at 6:23 as instructed to pick up my order. I waited for 30 minutes asking politely every ten minutes on my order. When I finally received it I was told it was late because of an egg roll. Meanwhile someone came in after I arrived and ordered 4 egg rolls and left before me. Upon arriving at home the excitement of eating was soon destroyed by the lack of egg roll. I also had no sweet and sour sauce for my chicken that was not hot at any point in its life. I Hate this place and will never return or allow any of my family to return. If you go and I know you I will hate you.
Manager in this locations is horrible. Super unprofessional, does not know how to speak to guests. Seems like he hates his job, asked for his name and he said “why? I feel like I’m being trapped.” Who says that? As a manager you go above and beyond to satisfy your guests, but with this manager ? Seems like he doesn’t care. Lost a customer. no wonder it’s empty in that restaurant all the time. I feel bad for the employees there that have to deal with him.
Soooooo good! Ordered 4 meals plus both egg rolls....one dish just kept getting better than the next! Wish we had this in Wisconsin. Door Dash was quick and hot.
Service has gone down by a lot these past 2 years. Just simple stuff……..but the list is long. Also manager look up at your light fixtures. Mounds of dust on them. Owner should stop by every once in a while and see how the place looks. Stuff falling from them while eating.

The worst service I have ever experienced. And it was a to go order. We wanted to eat it there and watch Thursday night football game and order drinks and have fun. And spend more money! We felt like we were totally imposing on them and inconveniencing them. The male staff worker was a complete jerk.We are new to the neighborhood. Will never order there againAnd the food was marginal at best
Absolutely splendid service, and amazing food!!! A must try!!! Especially the lunch specials.
