Been here 2 times and the first time the lines were under control, The second time was very disorganized. I believe they need more staff because they had 2 people trying to control a crowd of over 1000 people! Other than that, the area is great and every spot is a good view! Love coming here to my favorite artists perform.
Been here a few times for shows. The venue is great, but the line for entry often wraps down the block so arrive as early as you can get. Drinks are pretty pricey too.
Ambience: 9/10Food: 5/10Price: 8/10It is a very nice venue to watch a concert. Been here atleast 10 times now. Never had any unpleasant experience. The place is pretty spacious. The food choices are not so great but have plenty of drinks to choose from at the bar.

Good music venue. They should add clarity to their entrance procedures. I bought 2 "Speed Passes" for 20 bucks each for faster entry. I arrived 30 minutes before the doors opened. There was no signage or security to let anyone know about anything. We waited in line just like everyone else that didn't pay the extra 20 bucks.
First and foremost, I want to say the staff was great and attentive. This whole experience was a lesson and I know not to get the VIP upgrade again. There were problems with the VIP upgrade.1. The entry: I got a call on the phone telling me to go to the foundation room and then we would be escorted to out tables but that wasn’t correct. We just had to go through regular entry on the the VIP side.2. I thought the tables were going to be set up directly in front of the stage and then general admission behind us but it was in reverse. I was so far away from the stage and couldn’t get a good video for anything.3. The table was small and not as big as the ones shown on the website.4. The waitress was great but was handling too many tables besides ours. We had to wait 30-40 minutes for chicken tenders and fries. The tenders are also a different price but I didn’t see that until I was charged. The tab wasn’t itemized either so I’m not sure how much each drink I got cost. A drink and water came to $19? Chile I don’t know..The overall experience was a no for me and I could’ve spent $250 getting a VIP meet and greet ticket and met Lucky Daye but I know better for next time.
Of the many events I have attended here, I have yet to be disappointed. The sound is great and the size can accommodate a good size crowd and still provide an intimate and exclusive feel. I have not tried the food but hear good things. The venue has a real mellow vide with lots of colored lighting effects for your senses. I enjoy this venue for its friendly staff and well maintained amenities. Valet is recommend due to a light walk for parking otherwise. I would recommend attending or hosting an event at this venue for its unique upbeat vibes.
Nostalgia ? having an EP Release Party there next month and can't wait. Love this place and all it's history. Love working with Geoffrey Taylor on our party event. It's going to be a blast. You kinda feel like you are in a different world when you go there. The floors creak when you walk. The decorations are intriguing. Fun place.
A nice establishment to enjoy concerts, parties and other events. Great for business meetings and to get away and relax with your domestic partner / spouse / girlfriend. If you are one to travel or go out alot, I highly suggest to purchase the foundation room membership. It offers exclusive perks and literally pays for itself with complimentary valet parking, no wait entrance, exclusive events for members only and more. I love the membership myself for my company.
