We had a great stay! There were a few issues like the air conditioner didn’t work that well, we had to drop the temp to about 64 just to get the room to a decent cook temp, our iron had a shortage and the sink knob was not attached(we screwed it on). But what made our stay great was the attentiveness of the valet crew. Darius, Gabe, Matt and the valet supervisor was amazing. They made sure we were well taken care of. We ended up missing our dinner reservations due to our flight delay and Darius miraculously got us in!! We were very grateful and will be back. Make sure to tip the valet generously!! They deserve it
Another fantastic IHG property!This hotel is obviously quite old and still a very beautiful building. Walking in the front doors, I always look forward to experiencing the uniqueness of each of these properties.I was impressed with the cleanliness of the comfortable lobby and the openness of the very large dining room; it was very well designed. Lots of natural light makes this hotel lobby a comfortable and energetic place to sit, relax or converse. Although the separated business center off the lobby is very useful, I could imagine it being used as a lounge with live music to really bring that lobby alive like I have seen in other IHG properties.Although the rooms are modern and extremely relaxing, upon walking in you can't help feeling the dated warmth this wonderful old building has to offer. With Coffee and Tea at the ready and a mini fridge you can't help feeling right at home.The location is ideal for easy walking to everything the area has to offer and there are some exceptional restaurants and bars nearby.Cheers!
Wish I could give 10 stars!!! Heath at the front door, was amazing! He helped with luggage and even offered restaurants. He told us about YO steakhouse. It was the best food I’ve ever had. The hotel has a shuttle and he took us there. He is so friendly! All the staff was very friendly. The room was great! I will stay again because of the staff! Location is. Plus too. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Great job! You have a loyal customer!!!!
The rooms are incredibly tiny, there is not a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom and with a family sharing a room….not ideal. ,We had to have the keycard replaced 3x as well as it randomly quit working. The staff was great though! The hotel is old and overpriced and the rooms are incredibly cramped.
The hotel is in a great location. It’s a beautiful hotel and it is clean. The employees are amazing. They are super friendly and extremely helpful. I had some car trouble and they helped in every way possible. I am so grateful for their help and despite the craziness we had a great stay. I love this hotel!!
Though we had a plumbing issue during our stay, the staff at Hotel Indigo were just so accommodating and pleasant that I have to give five stars. Carla at the front desk immediately found a solution for us; Pops, as his coworkers call him, helped us get into our room; and Drae at the bar was so welcoming and funny. He makes a great drink, too! Hotel Indigo is also in a good location for anyone looking to stay downtown for a reasonable price.

Average stay. We spent a few nights here while visiting Dallas. Friendly staff but the hotel itself is lagging. The lobby was mediocre with a restaurant that is never busy but has decent food (and breakfast vouchers). Had a king room (we were told there is only 1 king bed room per floor). The room was on the smaller side and also dark unless you had the curtains opened. Note: there were blackout shades which is a plus. We were at the end of the hallway yet we could hear everyone else. Usually this isn't an issue as I just set the A/C fan to ON. However this one clicked on and off throughout the night. The bathroom is NOT made for two people to get ready. VERY small. However it did have a nice shower but no vent. Location was nice and easy to walk to things. I would definitely like to see some updates to this facility.
Had an enjoyable stay here. Staff were super nice. Fab central location for all the things you'd want. Walking distance to deep ellum. Room service was not always available which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.
Everything went well with my stay. The location is great with a parking garage directly across from the front door. The room was spotless. The sheets, pillows, and towels were good quality and thick. The decor in the room was very nice. The staff was courteous and opened the door for you when you come in and out. The bed was a little on the soft side, but comfy. Its within walking distance to many downtown spot like the discovery center. I enjoyed my stay here.
