The Ahi burger is very good, as is the Impossible patty, so it's always hard to choose. And the truffle fries are always hot and tasty. Last visit we had two tables - one for the adults and one for the kids, and inexplicably, the kids' table came up two shakes short (although I did get mine, which had pretzels in it and was delicious). Of course, being Gen Z, they lack the ability to speak up and so I didn't discover their sugary absence until already out the door. No worries - we'll be back.
Great experience on Father's Day with the kids! I normally shy away from restaurants on these hectic days, but Hopdoddy did not disappoint. All burgers were outstanding, as were the fries and boozy milkshakes. I really appreciate how the host assigns a table while in line to order so you're not trying to hunt one down afterward. My only suggestions would be to have two order takers during busy times and to offer cheaper/smaller alternatives on the specialty fries. Look forward to returning soon!
We ordered the double bacon jam burger and the chicken tenders. Neither disappointed. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. All of it cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders were tender and moist. They had a good batter. Wasn’t fond of the fries. They were on the verge of being hard like show string potatoes but from looking at other tables, that appeared to be the goal. Definitely recommend either of these meals.
Great place for specialty burgers. I had the double beacon jam burger and it was delicious. They serve craft beer as well as other alcoholic drinks.
The burger has great flavor - its juicy and cooked just right. I like the crispy fries. No complaints here.
We’re burger people and we tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was really tasty but not the best we’ve had in Dallas, especially for the price. Also the drink sizes were very small. The patties were about an inch or more thick. The parmesan and the sweet potato fries were both yummy—we ordered one serving of each to split between 2 people and we had a decent amount of leftovers.
Ohhh boy. What a great burger place. I love all of their burgers and tried the El Diablo for the first time yesterday! So spicy but sooooo yummy. My mouth was on fire. It was so tasty. I’m glad I tried it!
It was delicious! Great value. Tie, the bar tender, much appreciation for your professionalism. I'll definitely be back!
Very tasty. The lady taking orders was amazing . The food runner has a bit of attitude but the manager took care of it real quick. She was the utmost professional
My wife ordered from here because we wanted a different kind of burger compared to regular fast food restaurants. She ordered takeout and she got the Beyond burger. I got a normal one. The burgers themselves were both pretty good for taste and size. My main reason for this 2 star review is the fact that they did not come with fries and that add-ons are really expensive. The fries (that we had to order for $7.45 extra) are expensive and were cold. They are not worth the money! I don’t care if this restaurant is located in a fancy part of town, If I’m paying $35+ for 2 burgers and fries for 2 that is a little too much in my opinion. There are better places within a couple of miles for cheaper.
