Best sushi experience i’ve had so far
Lots of choices and decent quality - we had a group of four people who all had different taste palates (some loved sushi and some didn’t). We ended up ordering the Texas boat for 3 people and it came with enough food to feed all four of us! It had a little bit of everything and was a great option to accommodate all our tastes. The menu is also pretty large and had a lunch option that was decently priced.
There were a lot of roll options at this place. However, it was a little difficult to find a roll that I wanted to try that wasnt standard (like the Rainbow Roll) or tempora (fried). I did manage to find a roll though. It was very similar to the Cristina Roll from Sushi Zushi. Overall, this place was alright. No frills. Enough options for everyone.
The service was good, the food came out pretty fast. The Cajun edamame is delicious! The sushi rolls were good and presentable, just a little in the smaller side for what we are use to, but the food was all delicious.
Happy hour is amazing m-f 4:30-7pm soooo delicious, definitely the best sushi ive had in dallasMust go great service as well
Food was fresh and delicious! It was hard to pick which rolls to get with such a variety, but we were happy with everything! The appetizers were solid - really liked the garlic chili edamame! Over all, nice place for sushi and great service!
We always have a good time here. Great customer service. The food and drinks are great. I always recommend Hibiki to friends and family.12/31/2021- Kickin' off the New Year's festivities with friends and family. Dinner was delicious and we devoured every bite. The only complaint was that the Kalibi- Korean short ribs were to fatty, other than that we'll definitely be back. ?03/11/2022- We made it in time for Happy Hour?Enjoyed dinner and drinks with the family. They have a great happy hour!!!
2nd time coming here, but this time for happy hour on a Wednesday. I couldn’t remember why I didn’t write a review the first time but now I remember. The quality of the rolls just are not well and if you aren’t paying happy hour prices it really isn’t worth it. There are many places to get better sushi.
Great place to have good sushi with reasonable price and delicious drinks. I love their creative in their rolls’ name.
Service sucked. Food is average.Got seated and our server came by and just said she'd give us a few minutes to look over the menu-- she never gave us a menu or a qrcode to scan. She walked away before we could tell her and waited another 10 minutes until we finally got someone else to give us a code to scan. Our sushi arrives and she just places it down and immediately walks away... She never gave us any utensils so we wait 15 minutes!!! Trying to get her attention the entire time!!! and finally we ask her for chopsticks, no apology or anything! Then she immediately asks us how our food is.. How are we supposed to know? We couldn't eat because we didn't have any chopsticks. Also had to stop and ask her for napkins and straws. Literally asked for EVERYTHING.Food itself was decent, just the service SUCKED
