I'm writing this review 1 hour into waiting for my entree. The beer I received was served "cool- room temp". I did not receive any plates for the appetizers for a group of 5. Food was good but service and everything else was not. You can skip this you're not missing anything.
Kennyyyyyyyy!!! Excellent Service!
reserved a party for Sunday, July 17th for my best friend's 50th birthday. We had a party of 19. Your hostesses and the waiter were very professional and treated us great! Your "chef" left us with a horrible taste in our mouths. Let me preface this by saying we saw on several social media sites where your restaurant was very trendy, and had a great vibe, food, and drinks. We were all looking forward to attending. Upon arrival, our tables were prepared and there was cool water on the table. It was a hot day Sunday, so this was very appreciated! The waiter explained how he wanted to manage the ordering process and we all complied. It was very smooth! Someone ordered the BBQ chicken spring rolls/eggrolls. When they arrived at the table, she thought they were dark and burnt. She sent them back to the kitchen. The "chef" came out to the table, his energy was very negative. He asked her what was wrong with the food. She started to explain and he cut her off mid-sentence. She tried to explain again and he cut off again and said in a very condensing tone "well I don't know if you've ever had a spring roll." She tried to talk again and he cut her off AGAIN, saying "I will remove them from your tab". Then walked away as she was still trying to explain herself. This was witnessed by the entire party as well as other patrons of the restaurant. We asked for a manager. He returned to the table and said "i'm the manager" and smirked in her face. She tried to talk to him again about the food he presented, and he began to cut her AGAIN!!! I intervened and said "never mind, we will leave" By this time, an assistant manager came by and tried to resolve the issue. We informed him that we didn't feel comfortable with that "chef" preparing our food. We paid our bill and left. Mind you, some of the party STILL had not received their food at all. My friend was devastated because she was looking forward to the experience that so many had bragged about online. We received the total opposite. We paid for our drinks and some of the food that was discounted by the other manager. That bill was $228.00. We left there and went to Stir down the sidewalk and spent an additional $1200.00. We were prepared to really spend some money in your place. This experience was definitely one to remember but in a horrible way. He ruined my friend's birthday. Nineteen people now have the memory of your restaurant being just a horrible place to attend, including the other individuals that were around us that witnessed the treatment we received. Finally, if this man is representing your brand, he's doing a horrible job. His customer service was HORRIBLE. He never apologized for being rude, condescending, and overtalking your customers. In conclusion, the amount of time he spent trying to overtalk and be rude to us, he could have just said, "I apologize, let us try this again". That was it.

Roof top area to eat and drink with a good view. Pretty populated even earlier in the night.
Came here for brunch. Food good. Vibe good. Gotta ready to pay and there was $20 gratuity added to each ticket. It was not on the initial ticket, it was after server had scanned our cards. It was a sneaky move!! Spoke with server and manager and was told it was added because it was after 3p. It was only a group of three. Because the answer given wasn’t satisfying to us the manager threatened to call security and have us forcibly removed. It wasn’t about the $$, it was the fact that we weren’t told that after 3 there’d be a gratuity of their choosing added to our ticket. We’d finished our meal but we were just sitting and enjoying the vibe. Two stars…one for vibe, other for food.
Love the atmosphere , staff and manager that was on duty was so polite . We will definitely go back to party , have drinks and good food.
Went there for Valentine's Day.The service was great. The food was cooked to perfection and they have reasonably prices. Will return
Great atmosphere, food was delicious! Limited staff but our sever was so friendly and attentive. Best bisquits and gravy, I've ever had!! Avocado toast... "chefs kiss"
I celebrated my birthday dinner here last night, and it was eight of us total. All of us seemed to have needed to stand up at least once to ask the server or someone else for things we weren’t receiving. The server also even forgot to put in the dishes I ordered so I was left needing to eat from everyone else’s plates because those had already taken so long to come out we didn’t want to wait even longer. Also think it’s a little weird they never mentioned my birthday (I feel like restaurants are always cheerful about that and bring a slice of cake or something, but we had to order a cheesecake instead, and of course just like before we didn’t get cutlery, and they were being wiped off as they were being brought to the table which didn’t seem super clean in my opinion). The server was having a rough night, but I think the management should have seen this and not let her work that night - every time she walked up to our table she seemed confused and also complaining about the other tables. I feel really bad she wasn’t having a good night, but at the same time, it was my birthday celebration and we spent way too long there for me to not even get my food, my friend’s egg rolls were burnt, someone’s drink had a bug in it, etc. We also didn’t get a booth which would’ve been nicer for a celebration, but I didn’t ask about that before so that’s just a side note. The main problem was that there was almost a lack of service the whole couple hours we were there, but then we still were automatically charged the 20% tip (we were originally supposed to be 10 people but that was still upsetting to see). My main ask is to not let servers work a shift if they’re visibly overwhelmed, and are not doing good mental health wise, because it really impacts the experience of customers, and is not good for the servers themselves either. If I come back one day it will probably be for brunch since one of my friends said she enjoyed her brunch experience here.
