Ordered delivery. Rib plates with okra, greens, Lima beans and potatoes. Arrived with sauce spilled all into bag and drenching all other food items. Greens missing from order and asked for gravy on side of potatoes and it was of course all over potatoes beans and ribs. Basically all food was drowning in juice from everything. Imagine soaked soggy fried okra. Ribs were hard like dry beef jerky. Not the juicy ribs one might be accustomed to. Between a soaked soggy meal and missing items with gravy clearly not on the side, we are very disappointed. I skipped dinner and felt guilty that this is what I put in front of my kids. Please read reviews and make much needed changes so people can spend their money on decent food.
Where do I start. Okay, so first of all, I ordered a chicken sandwich plate. I was told I could only choose between 4 veggies for the plate. Okay, cool. The plate I received was with ranch styled beans (not BBQ beans), and unseasoned green beans. Instead of a sandwich, they gave me a piece of chicken and two pieces of white bread separately packaged. No bun, white sandwich bread. The chicken wasn’t even seasoned. This was a huge disappointment. I do NOT recommend.
The beef brisket was dry as a bone, next to no sauce ?, then the single scoop of the sides ?! For 52.00, I deserve better. I have no desire to return! One N done!
They are awesome...I had the oxtail plate and it was delicious...clean environment...will be going more often

I walked in and walked out. To much money for 1/2 pound of ribs 17.99 plus tax, and 20.99 for a rack of ribs. Just for a chop beef sandwich it was 10.50 plus tax. These prices are ridiculous. Now don't get it twisted I can afford it, but why spend that much when I can go somewhere else like Dickey's and get a whole meal for 10 dollars. Come down on the prices, because this place use to be the best bbq spot in Dallas.
