If I was ever going to open a coffee shop, I would use Goodfriend as the model.The food is simple but done extremely well. The coffee is varied and as a consumer, you have many options. But it all has depth and some care taken to brew it properly. The espresso comes with a complimentary sparking water, as it should. The Columbian pour-over is smooth and delicious. They just do everything really really well and like a well oiled machine.A real gem in Lakewood.
Beer was great. Food was half as good as pre-pandemic. I remember the days of piled high loaded fries and perfectly cooked burgers. Recent experience was just meh.Service was good, just letting you know to step back up your game...
Must order the Ol’ Dirty biscuit sandwich. Incredibly tasty. I’m from Los Angeles and I don’t see any food like this where I am from.Super delicious.Chill vibes in the place.Offers free WiFi and there’s a coffee shop in here as well. Almost seems like 2 restaurants in one!
I've been there only twice as it's quite a drive for me, but this place seriously has the best sandwiches around. Definitely worth the drive. I had a BLT w/avocado - I wish I had taken a picture. It was the BEST!!! Highly recommend!

The sandwiches are great. Perfect place for lunch. Service is quick. Definitely not a venue for large crowds, seating is limited. Definitely worth checking out, Id recommend it and would eat here again.

Awesome French dip! I had to go and of course Togo it is never the same as dine in but still was absolutely delish!!! Point is don’t listen to the dummy’s talking about my sandwich was soggy….. it’s frighin Togo ding dong! Great place!
Great place! Went for brunch with my friends. All three of us had biscuit sandwiches. Tasty and very reasonably priced. Tomato soup was good as well. We'll be going back! Can't forget the coffee - great and really friendly staff.
Ordered a healthy farmer & it was amazing. Definitely will be returning! I also appreciate the staff wearing masks.
