I don't know what happened to this place but it's definitely gone downhill. I asked for three different drinks and the attendant stated they couldn't make the drinks. I don't understand when I've been there on several occasions and asked for the same drinks. Also, two of the drinks were on the menu. I requested a smoothie and why was there chunks of ice in the drink? I also had a coupon for buy one drink and get one free and she stated they couldn't give me a free drink when I clearly had a coupon. Not worth my money anymore. This truly bothered me to a point where I'm never going back. There's many other options. Fruitealicious has much better drinks and options and costs less money.
This place has become my go place to get boba tea. The tea is affordable and so so yummy!! The shop itself is so cute and the employees are nice. I prefer this place over BobaLatte (which is more expensive) it's a great place to go with friends. :))
Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Heart Jelly and Strawberry Boba. I call it Triple Strawberry!Staff is very nice and when I went in it was pretty busy that afternoon. They were very nice and gave us suggestions since it was our first time visiting. And the drinks barely took any time to be made too! I've been visiting every week or two because of my Strawberry Milk Tea craving.

My go-to place for boba. I love their mango milk tea, which isn’t on the menu but they make it for me every time I order it. Staff is always helpful and polite.
This is my favorite boba store in Dallas! They have always provided me with great customer service, delicious drinks, and reasonable prices. Keep it up guys!
Drinks are great. But I think they’re ripping people off?Dirty brown sugar boba is $4.75 on their menu. But they charged me $5. They tried to tell me it’s because of the boba. But the drink comes with boba and even if it didn’t, boba is $.50 so my drink should be $5.25.I get that it’s a quarter but that’s weird ?Also when I brought it up he was like so do you want the $.25?Like are you telling me your charged me wrong or you just want me to stop asking why I was over charged?Just watch what you get charged they might be ripping you off?
The staff was really nice, friendly and quick to get my orders. I also like the drinks here, especially the pudding
I really like this place, it has the best vibe for studying or hang out with friends and family. I always go there to study. The drinks are always good, friendly staffs and super fast service. also the prices are a little cheaper than the other locations that I used to go. Gongcha is always my favorite boba shop. I recommend to go there and chill with your friends.
