The owner of this franchise has the audacity to have this location open when the AC isn't working. Today was my second time being there to have dinner and the air conditioning wasn't working. I see workers doing their best to keep the place going but was unbearable to have a nice visit, temperature outside was almost 100 degrees!!! The salad bar was horrible and needless to mention the desserts, all melting. If I could rate minus 10 I definitely would.
Walked in and walked right back out in less than 10minutes. Place is dirty all around, plates were dirty with old food still stuck on them, floor definitely dirty, no A/C, half of the place is closed off so everyone is bunched up on one side of the restaurant, not much of a selection of food and what is available it just looked like it’s been there for a while. Customers walked back and forth & looked disgusted and confused while employees looked uncomfortable, hot and annoyed. Someone needs to fix this and change this whole situation around while it’s the only American buffet near by‼️ Thank you to those who are limited to what they can do but are doing what they can do for now‼️
We visited Golden Corral on 3/14/22, the atmosphere was ok, however we went to get our plates at the buffet and the person at the steak counter was not a person that should have been there, she was rude and didnt know what rare, medium, or well done was. The food quality is not up to standards . The fish was cold and hard, we asked that they cook fresh fish, they did but used a different fish that was not usually used for frying. They rushed us out and we were not done eating they closed the buffet before we were finished eating.. $60.00 plus dollars to not get what we had came for. We asked to talk to the manager and they sent us a young man who was not the manager who told us Esmerelda was the manager. I have called several times today to speak with her and they keep hanging up on me. The waitress we had was great though the only good part of our visit!
It wasn't like the way I remember.. 2 stars because I ate and was ok with what they had.. However my son has autism and only eats certain foods, they didn't have pizza or little burgers which is what he likes from there and when asked if they would bring some out they said we ran out. Some of the food was cold, like the meatloaf the potatoes and the broccoli was raw like not cooked just pulled off the crown and just thrown in warm water.. The bread roll was the best part. No sprite, no lemonade.. I wish I was told this before I paid 48-50 dollars for 2 kids 2 adults. I don't think ill be back. I asked to speak to management but they never came out to see me.
I don't know what the owners think a good working environment is, but to have those people working without working heater is beyond bull. That heater has been out for over a month now! Your customers cant even eat comfortably because it's colder inside your establishment than it is outside.

Experience here was not pleasant, food was not ok. Green beans were cold as well as fries, pizza was not pleasant to eat, not a wide selection of good items. Felt extremely uncomfortable in the line, price was not likeable for what you were getting, on the left side of the seating area seats are ripped and dirty, tea tastes absolutely horrible. I would not recommend you come here, there is a IHOP very close by. I would highly recommend going to them instead of here
Never coming to this place again. Honestly, the food was good but the service was pretty bad. The lady giving the steak was ignoring my dad the whole time he was waiting for his steak. She was face to face to him and she was looking down the whole time, yes my dad was talking to her to get her attention but she didn’t even bother. But when she finally talked to him she was giving him such a bad attitude. The only good service there was the sweet waiter and the nice cashier. Other than that this will be the last time we will be here. I don’t recommend any of you to go here unless you wanna deal with bad service, horrendous.
Their service was pretty good. Plenty of good food. A wide variety to choose from if you like a little bit of everything. My wife and I will probably be back as soon as we decide when.
