Best Pole in Dallas. This place is INCREDIBLE! Ahi Tuna Tower bowl is my absolute favorite. Must try.
Service was great! Food was delicious! Even walking in 5 mins til close the staff helped me and the food was just as good and fresh as if they had just opened. My new favorite location!
The customer service here sucks. Ordered, paid, watched as the empty place had a few people come in and order, get their food before I did. Then the guy that took my order asked me if I'm waiting for something. Place went downhill fast.Should have taken the advice of coworkers that told me they never go here anymore.
Go grab some sushi from your nearest gas station and dump it onto day-old sushi rice. It'll be better quality and 10x cheaper than the garbage they just served me.
Not very good. Cold service. Lots of rice and very little toppings. No utensils in the takeout bag. Worst Poke bowl I've had.
just ok, 4.6 star not worth it. Don't order yellowtail here, it chewing like fish oil you bought in bottle. everything else just normal quality.
Very disappointed in the service I received from this establishment. I frequent this location as it is within walking distance of my office. Today, I placed a to-go order for a bowl, no rice, extra kale. I was told it would be ready in five minutes.When I arrived at the location after 15 minutes. I waited in line for 15 minutes (busy, not their fault), paid, and was told sorry it’s not ready. I proceeded to watch everyone that came in after me receive their order before asking for an update. It was clear that my order was not in queue, but they started working on it.When I received the order, I checked to ensure no rice, and saw a think layer of rice on the bottom. I requested that they remake without the rice, which they did after trying to convince me to just not eat the rice and focus on everything on top.I received my new order, went back to my office, and found that instead of remaking…the staff simply scraped off the bottom layer and put it in a new box. There were still visible pieces of rice throughout the order.I threw away the order and called to request a refund. The manager argues with me and asked me to bring it back for a refund and that I should have checked a second time before leaving. I advised if I didn’t receive a refund, I would dispute the charge. He hung up on me.Horrible service and experience. Given past experience and the price, I was expecting even a minimum level of service. The manager and staff are rude, lazy, inconsiderate. I will not be visiting again.

I would have given them 5 stars ⭐️ if they had had tofu available. However, the food was still delicious and I will definitely be back and check out their other locations. Highly recommend!
If you love sushi, you’ll love this place! Had an amazing salad with chunks of raw tuna and salmon with cooked scallops on a bed of organic spring mix with edamame for lunch today.
