We had a big order. The only thing that was good was the icecream. The mango smoothie was nasty. The fruit bowls were bad, like the fruit was slimey and spoiled. The pineapple and cantaloupe waters tasted as if they were putting old fruit with new fruit, almost had a wine flavor to both agua frescas. We were traveling so we couldn't go back and won't ever return. To much of what we bought had to be thrown away.
I got the elote en vaso and the corn was filled with water. It bearly had mayonnaise and cheese it just tasted like water with Chile. I hated it.
If giving zero stars was possible the place had a big menu which was nice but when it was our turn order one of the ladies that was working there was just talking on the phone while the other lady was preparing our order we asked her for a taco fruit which consisted of fruit and ice cream scoops and I clearly pointed at it she had already put the fruit on the to go tray i asked about the ice cream and both of the employees started talking really soft and told me I should have stated that I wanted ice because now they would have to use a different container?? I told them I said it three different times and even pointed at the image on the menu how do you work there and not know what something on your menu includes and not acknowledge I said what I wanted on it three times they really didn't have professional customer service never coming back
Was my first and last time yesterday, I found a fly and a sticker label on my chili mangos ?
The young lady working was named Reina was so rude and my fruit was no good 0 stars if I could disappointed.

It's pretty yummy! I have never been to a store like this before and I have always been curious. I had no idea what to order and the very nice gentleman at the counter fixed me up! I ended up with a mango/pineapple raspado and its delicious!
The corn en vaso was cold, all the ice cream was melted, the fruit was not fresh and hot like it had been sitting there. The staff was polite but everything else was gross and full of flies. Never will me or my family go here
