Food was amazing and the service was top notch. I would definitely come here again

Food and drinks were good. Service was good, different meats came around quickly.

The food was good but after about 40ish minutes the servers basically stoped coming around with anymore cuts. Definitely wasn’t worth the value. Our waiter was nice though, and was able to accommodate one of our friends that was running really late. However because of the service he didn’t get much meat.

I had brought a few friends for a birthday dinner expecting really good service but received multiple attitudes from the host stand and one of our male servers. Some of us had never been before and were treated like we were dumb for not knowing certain things about the menu. Our female server was very nice and helpful with any questions we had but it didn’t really feel like a birthday dinner since it wasn’t acknowledged by any of the staff (not that that matters) and because we heard a few people refer to our party as “the young people” as if we were unsupervised children when we are all adults. It would be one thing if we were a larger party who wasn’t dressed properly, obnoxiously asking for our waiter every 5 minutes, and causing a scene but we were the exact opposite of that just trying to enjoy our dinner just like everyone else in the building so I was just a little confused on where the attitudes came from. The food was good, my drinks were amazing, some people seemed welcoming, and some didn’t.

Celebrated 16th wedding anniversary, wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, great staff.

The food is amazing per usual. There’s always variety and if you need anything in particular regarding a type of meat they will bring it to you.

It was mediocre at most. Service was lagging with no organization or follow through

Should not have gone on Father’s Day. Reserved table was 50 minutes late. Had to sit in back room where there was little staff. Had to get our own plates, waiter was late to the table, meats were over cooked in most cases. All tenderloin was well done, bacon wrapped sirloin was dry, sausage was dry and shrunken in its casing. Had to escalate to manager which is never fun, and especially horrible on Father’s Day. He tried to make it better which worked for a short while, but eventually staff started to dissipate again and the overcooked meats returned. What should have been a nice evening ended up being one of the worst meal experiences of my life. I grew up around meat and working in a family steakhouse and I’ve been to Fogo many times in Houston and Austin. Well prepared meat is my appetizer, main course and dessert. When you’re a one-trick pony, that trick should be exceptional. In the case of the Fogo in Dallas Uptown, the pony was overdone and tough to stomach.

this had to have been one of the worst management experiences i’ve ever seen. we arrived at 6:02 for our 6pm reservation and 100 people where PACKED into the hallway and lobby it was impossible to get to the hostess stand. once we finally got there, we were told that EVERYONE here ALSO had a 6pm reservation and she had no idea when we would be seated. the hostess barely spoke english, and was not friendly at all. we finally got seated close to 7:15PM and our waiter finally arrived around 20 minutes later and it took 15 more minutes to just get water. the food didn’t start being passed until about 8:15, and we only saw our waiter once. the meat was great, but honestly it was some of the most horrible service i’ve ever encountered.

Horrible service. They over booked the restaurant - wait was over an hour with a reservation. We left. Terrible hostess
