We used to come here fairly often then moved out of range. Today we were back in the area and decided to go. Wish we hadn't. Menu has greatly expanded and that's good. However they really don't have the capacity for all that's on it. I've never had fish that was cooked rubbery before but did today! My husband's was also overcooked. The prices were those of a sit down and served restaurant - not those of a quick order, fix your own table place. Never again.
Cozy and cute spot for casual seafood dining. It has character. I love the many condiments at the table, fresh hot food served. We got oyster po boy. Deducted 1 star for, I thought they could have been a bit more generous with the oysters on po boy, but understand times are tough for businesses right now.
This is my 2nd visit to this location and my 2nd disappointment. I ordered the catfish and jambalaya. The fish was EXCELLENT. The jambalaya was horrible. It was bland with no flavor, it tasted like just rice. But the worst part was that it was ice cold, like it just came out of the fridge. I took it back and they put it in the microwave, it was hot, but had no flavor. The other locations ive been to have been awesome, just not this location.
This is a nice and casual place for seafood. I usually order the samething, which is a fried oyster salad with sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing....it's really good. I also love their card stamp program, which is great for me, since I go there often.
My wife orders catfish here All the time and and I work very close to this place and my wife splits it with .e sometimes but the doesn't share her hot sauce so I walk back over there and get a little ramican of hot sauce and maybe mustard. So the manager/lady at the register and the cooks accused me of stealing condiments instead of asking me first. She was rude and the cooks cant make the food right they are to busy watching the guest my food is never cooked how I ask and the cooks and the manager/cashier today i feel is racist they said I come steal condiments 3 to 4 times a week and I only been In there twice in the last 2 months at least they are just watching bbn lack people to accuse them of petty actions.ILL NEREVEAT HERE AGAIN THE FOOD HAS DECLINED AND NOW I SEE WHY WITH THE NEW ONE STAR REVIEWS LITTERING THE SECTION LATELY
Well. This is the second flying fish I have called. They told me here that "we don't do that" when I asked if they could boil the shrimp and crab legs in plain water".What? Really?Again. If you have allergies, this is NOT the place to go.I mean,HOW is it difficult to boil food in just plain water?I would leave zero stars if I could.
Best shrimp I've had in a while. Great selection of fish, crawdads, etc like the atmosphere, fast service.
The picture should speak for itself. Most definitely worth it and the price is on point too
On the negative side, do order the boiled crawfish expecting a traditional Louisiana style spicy crawfish. They were extremely over cooked and little to no seasoning. The shells were seasoned which I never did understand. On the positive side the people who worked there did seem nice.
Rude service. I ordered grilled veggies as my side to go with shrimp and catfish. They gave me 4 small slices of squash. I politely asked if I could have more than that. They said only if I pay extra, and it was said very rudely. The price was expensive for a mediocre meal. I won't be going back to the Addison location.
