As a professional baker I have a high standard for all forms of baked goods but especially Cupcakes since it's what I do on a daily basis. We were staying at a hotel down the road and I was excited to see a Cupcake Shop in walking distance. I was highly disappointed in all 4 of the Cupcakes we got but was the most disappointed in this Strawberry Cupcake. I knew the second I picked it up out of the box that it was either severely overbaked or was days old. My first thought was right. As soon as I started to remove the liner I could smell that it was burnt. For $5 per Cupcake everything should be at the highest quality. Every one of the Cupcakes was dry and the cookies and cream was a sad attempt flavor wise. I'm most disappointed in the lack of pride that this shops takes in their products. We all work too hard to spend money supporting small businesses who don't put in the effort to proved a good product. Next time I'm in Dallas I'll be trying a different Bakery.
My boyfriend’s friends got him a box of cupcakes for his birthday from Fluellen Cupcakes and they were FABULOUS! Moist, flavorful and beautifully decorated. The cookies n cream was my favorite. We had already started eating it, that’s why it’s not in the picture. HEHEHE. Lemon, carrot cake, peanut butter chocolate and red velvet SLAYED our tastebuds. Will definitely buy from them soon. Ugh. Can’t get over how much flavor they had. Fantastic job!
The cupcakes were amazing! Everything was fresh and delicious. In the picture there are 2 Banana Pudding, 1 Wedding Cake, 1 Strawberry, 1 Carrot Cake, and 1 lemon
We are staying at the hotel across the street and came over to get cupcakes to celebrate our son’s birthday. The young lady surprised us and put a little happy birthday pick on his cupcake. Cupcakes are big and the frosting is delicious. Would definitely recommend!

She had to spend her birthday alone this year for work and I asked “Fluellen Cupcakes” if they could add decorations or do something that would make my sister feel special and they did just that! Thank you all so much! This act of kindness truly portrays what kind of employees and business this establishment is all about!

We were in Dallas during my son’s 13th birthday. We searched for a place to purchase cake and fell upon the cupcake store. He was excited and we had great expectations. The cupcakes looked great. He picked an Oreo cupcake and I chose a peanut butter/chocolate one. The cupcakes were just ok. They were very dry/crumbly and the icing was super sweet and runny. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We will not return if ever we make it back to Dallas.
First time trying this place out on Thursday evening around 5:30 PM. Ordered via Uber eats. Wedding Cake - Very typical plain vanilla cupcake. Nothing special. Strawberry - Artificial flavor forward, but very pleasant strawberry flavor. Icing is very nice. Red Velvet - Good, but milder flavor than a typical red velvet. Icing is nice. Lemon Delight - probably my favorite out of the four. Very lemony throughout. Overall, cupcakes are pretty average. Better than grocery store, but not super amazing - just standard cupcakes. I would get the Lemon Delight again, but probably not the other ones. The icing is nice and dense on all of them, but the cake itself is not particularly moist nor fluffy - kind of heavy actually, almost dry. Not really what I’m looking for when I’m craving cupcakes, so I wouldn’t recommend. I’m not sure if I would go back.

Nice little cupcake shop we walked into while walking downtown. They have a good variety of cupcakes and we loved them. One of my kids didn’t like her topping/frosting but loved the cupcake itself.
