Worst experience at a bagel place. 4 kids working there but seemed poorly trained and could not handle the orders or get them right. Got in line with about 10 in front and 10 waiting for their orders. After 25 min, there were 20+ waiting for orders and there was a pile of bags for people that had to leave to catch their flight. One guy asked for a refund and they didn't know how to do that either.
Too crowded with people waiting around the exit area just waiting on their orders. Food was good, but expensive, but what do you expect at an airport eatery.
Never coming back again. There was a long wait, and after waiting 12 or minutes, I flagged down an employee to see what was going on. I finally received a bagel with a smear of cream cheese after 20 minutes. The one star is for the bagel. The guy next to me was waiting forever as well. They got him his sandwich first and he had enough time to eat it and wait around an extra ten minutes before his drink came as out.
This sandwich was yummy. They did it quick for my 5 minute before boarding the plane.very flavorful and fulling. I need another one. Great customer service
Big breakfast burrito was on point, really hit spot after a long flight. Literally got handed it 20 seconds after I ordered it, fresh & hot
The wors bagel on the planes it was like eatink an amazon box. Peanut butter was... non existent. How har is to not make a bagel righ....
Came in to work thought I’d buy a big burrito got half way into eating it and the whole burrito turned cold.. I’m very disappointed I paid $8 for a cold burrito never going back to that Einstein again Employees do better.
Excellent service. Coffee was good. I had Caramel macchiato and he had reg Coffee. Bagels with cream cheese were hot and toasty!
I ordered the tomato, avocado, bacon, and egg whites bagel. The avocado was brown and the bagel was chewy in a stale kind of way. My partner ordered the breakfast burrito and the first two bites were great but the middle of the burrito was cold. We wouldn't go back.
DFW airport breakfast! You can never go wrong with a bagel from Einsteins! Had a bagel with cream cheese toasted and a hot cup of coffee. Line was long but staff moved everyone along very quickly, took order and delivered quick. Good food, fast service while on the run in between flights!
