If it's not 5 mins away from my house, I would never go back to this location. Today's experience really made me question how they stay in business. After waiting for 20 mins, my order was completely wrong. Went back and asked for what I ordered. It was remade, wrong again. Went back wrong again. By this time I forgot what I ordered and ate chorizo instead of the turkey sausage I ordered and I don't even eat pork!!
I'm beyond disappointed your Einstein's on Arapaho is closed! Forcing us to come to this location with Awful customer service! 3 times I called to place my order over the phone- they just pick up the phone and say nothing! Making me believe they must be busy or phone issues, but when I call back they just pick up and set the phone down! Not wanting to take any orders! I show up, and the lady there grunts at my entrance as she slowly forces herself to the counter! Bothered at the fact that she has to take my order! Had no coffee left at 10am!!!!???? Don't bother coming to this location. And all other locations are too far out. I Love Einstein's, I truly do!! But y'all need to get better training for your employees before you have no customers!
Terrible customer service. I’ve seen many reviews about the service being awful, and it seems like management is not doing anything about it. I placed an order with avocado in it, and it was hard and rubbery.
It's a disappointment that the store gives all the bagels cold while dreaming of eating warm and fresh bagels as a family. Restrooms are also not clean at all.Employees that doesn't listen to what its customers want. I definitely don't recommend it.
A big disappointment. I ordered the toasted sesame bagel with egg and cheddar cheese. My wife ordered avacado egg bagel. The ice-cold bagel cheddar cheese they gave us was not even melted. What was different in this store than usual? I will never come again
Good food. Dining area closed, though. Had to eat lunch in my car.
Bad customer service. I get here to buy my food, and they talk to me with an attitude like they have a problem with me before. They rushed me for nothing while there's no one behind me, and they talked each other and started to laugh like I don'know what to order. They need to throw that attitude. I will never come back to this place.
This location has been problematic for years. Counter is dirty and greasy. Cashier is surly and inattentive. Slow service.
Food is always good but the employees need to work on their attitudes. Today I specifically ordered a caramel cold brew shake and when I was given the wrong drink I was told I didn't order the shake, I had said I had asked for the shake I was rudely told I didn't say shake when me and my partner were both there and heard me said it, she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay the difference for the drink and when. I responded with for a mistake that wasn't my fault the employee proceeded to say under her breath your mistake and continued to give me an attitude when I asked for a refund, will never come back to this location again
Staff was nice and lightning will be coming back
