Einstein was my favorite bagel location until I was treated a “certain” way just recently. Not only myself but one of the employees and all by another employee that worked there. I don’t think I ever experienced racial profiling and treatment in the manner I did here. I’ve made complaints online and can you believe, no call back or email. I’m disappointed to say the least but I won’t stop at FB or Einstein customer service line. I’m not angry at all just very disappointed that this happened to me and the young lady that works there. It was very embarrassing and I fault Einstein for this.
I went in today to pick up a bagel and there was a group of teenage girls with a parent sitting at the high table with out shoes on. They were wearing what appeared to be dirty pjs, it appears they just rolled out bed. They had their dirty feet propped up on other chairs, it was truly disgusting
Huge drop-off in quality of bagels. Not sure what happened and definitely not worth the drive anymore. You can get much better quality now at the grocery store.
They are always out of certain bagels and they wont learn to prepare more on some favorite items.
1st time in this Einstein. It was after 1:30 so the place was empty; staff had enough time to clean it but chose to ignore the dirty eating area. Not up to the level of other Einstein restaurants. I was disappointed.
Fresh,friendly,clean,inviting,good value...among the best in this segment of the industry.
They did not have half of the items on their menu and the bagel I bought wasn't what they said it was the cheese was burnt, I used to love s place but not anymore
This location is run very poorly. They were out of most types of bagels at 10:30 in the morning. The pretzel bagels were over cooked and they had hardly any salt on them. Several customers walked out. We normally love Einsteins. Will definitely avoid this location.
I like Einstein, but the past few times I've ordered bagels with schmear, there has barely been any schmear. I'm paying $1.59 extra for this??? See photo.
