Good food. Bagels are delicious, spreads have multiple choices. Their avocado toasts probably are one of the most reasonably priced. Best part is their customer service never disappoints. Made an order for 5 people, by the time I paid... The food was ready. This is New York speed in a slow Texas location!Recommended for everyone who has never tried it.
Absolutely 5stars for me! Not only Einstein is known for some scrumptious bagels but when the staff is just icing on the cake! So polite, courteous, wonderful customer experiences....I was having a hard decisions choosing between the pizza and the brisket and the cashier lady (hate to not asked her name) kindly assisted...how both choices are great and provided her favorite choice. Love how own staff knows their product which helps us as consumer. I've walked in to other places and when asked what they suggest they have no clue....but she knew the menu well which was easy to make my decision. Thank you for hiring such great employees. I'll be back. =)
Workers let me just stand there as they walked by. I finally had to ask for service. Bagel was sloppy. Thanks for wasting my money.
Got here 10-15 min before closing and they already locked the door. So much for closing at 2:00pm, the kicker was that the workers literally were laughing at me when I tried to pick up some bagels before closing but the doors were locked.
This restaurant is HORRIBLE!! Einstein in Plano is great, try that location. Food was gross and customer service didn’t exist. They were so rude!! Robots working in there.
DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!!! I WAS FOOD POISONED AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! I WAS GIVING A MOLDED EGG AND WAS REFUSED A REFUND!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH I ASKED FOR LITE MAYO ON MY SANDWICH AND IT WAS SMOTHERED IN LOTS OF MAYONNAISE AND THATS WHEN I DECTED I HAD MOLD ON MY EGG! I WENT BACK TO RESTAURANT AND WASNT EVEN TOLD SORRY THE CASHIER ONLY OFFERED TO REMAKE SANDWICH! I WIll BE CALLING MY LAWYER AND ALSO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO INSPECT THIS FILTHY RESTAURANT!
The bagel is the best. The most authentic taste..!! The coffee here will taste better than Starbucks. TryAlso don’t forget to get the cream
A very inefficient store. Only go if you want to wait in line despite 5 people working in the store and staff members not acknowledging your presence.
