Everything was great. Portions were ok, not small but not big either. Quality was excellent and so was service and ambiance. We tried the burrata, carpaccio, skewers and tagliatelle, all very tasty. Our table was a little too close to the grill which in the summer I would have preferred not to. Definitely coming back again.

We went for Sunday afternoon brunch. Eataly had a nice open air feel. The Italian brunch was very outstanding, a generous portion, complete with bread and espresso. We certainly plan on going again.
The waiter was professional and accommodating. My frittata was average and the Croissant was not warmed. The Croissant was served without jam or butter.

We were celebrating our friendsâ birthday and they were super accommodating. The service, the ambience, the food, everything was amazing.
I made this reservation based on Terra's information that they are honoring Restaurant week on the 7th. When we arrived, they acknowledge that it was there mistake, but no apologies and nothing to honor. Then we had a choice of three different bottles (according to the menu), but they were out of the less expensive option - again no apologies; no sort of compensation. Then asking for simple things like decaf coffee and ketchup, they were very arrogant in telling us that they don't have these items. Overall, I felt that they didn't value us our a customer and they were doing us a favor allowing us to eat at their restaurant. Good food - poor customer service
Server was terrible. Took us 12 minutes to get water. Didnât know the menu. We were there for way too long
It took quite awhile to be waited on and to even receive a glass of water because it was so crowded and busy in there. Further into dinner we requested ice cubes for the room temperature water and that took quite a long time to receive. The lamb meat on the skewers was very fatty and I had to discard quite a bit of it. Although the flavor was delicious the price does not reflect the overall quality.
