Dunkin is the best decision I’ve made with coffee and breakfast! The entire staff here is extremely helpful and kind! They help you choose if you’ve never eaten there and they’re fast and always get my orders right. The only regret is that I’m moving and will no longer go to this location!
Very good store. Always has great food and drinks served, restrooms are cleaned and great coffee. This is my to go to Dunkin in Dallas
Love this place but you need to find employees that know how to handle customer service. I was overcharged for my order today and all I got was 'there's nothing I can do'?. I stood there awkwardly waiting for her to change her answer but nope, she even said it more times. A gift card for another coffee, basically what I was charged so it wouldn't even be considered free, would've been enough! That's what Starbucks does anyways. Do better Dunkin.
Super busy place. Appears well staffed. Yet, the Zs at the register anticipate clients swiping cards (like they do most times). Appeared they do not know how to count cash change. I feel old. : ). Quick math, four five-dollar bills make a $20. I only used one five-dollar ($4 worth), give me back at least three five-dollar bills 'cuz you owe me $16. Nope, got $11 back! Had to count it out and explain that I was missing $5. SMH.
I’ve recently switched to Dunkin from Starbucks because their iced coffee/cold brew is very good and much cheaper!
They always make my latte and coffee just right! And the donuts are so light and airy!?

I didn't know the kolaches came with CHEESE in them ??! Also I thought they would be smaller like mini kolaches, hence why I ordered two of them. But no, instead I get two FULL SIZED kolaches (and with cheese on top of that ??). I wouldn't be able to finish them all, even without the nasty gooey cheese ??.
I drove 7 miles for some donuts and coffee. Well, they had coffee and it was great. BUT no fresh Donuts! It was 3 pm not 3 am I don't get it. They had only a poor selection on Munchkins.
yesterday's coffee tasted a bit burnt, but the coffee is usually pretty good. I like all the sugar free flavor options! the staff are not outwardly friendly or responsive here, but they always get my orders made quickly and correctly.
