I don't typically write reviews but this place deserves one. I come by most everyday for my girlfriend who loves donuts. The employees are rude and you will wait at the counter as they walk by and ignore you. On several occasions they will be out of donuts before 10 am.Seems to me Dunkin wants to be a starbucks and not a donut store.
I have to take a moment and acknowledge the wonderful people at this location. It goes beyond coffee for me. They always greet me by name, take care of my order in a timely and accurate manner but more than that they really treat me with family vibes. Always a smile.I can't say enough good things about Dunkin at Preston, but I will say thank you to everyone!
Absolutely terrible. I don't even write reviews but this one deserved it.It's 8'oclock in the morning with at least 3 employees inside and they can't open the lobby so I can make and order. Couldn't go through the drive through because I was in a work truck and they even knew I was in a truck that wouldn't fit. Front door said it's supposed to be open at 5. Poor customer service and won't get my business again at this location.
I gave this location 5 stars 5 years ago. However, the quality of food has gone way down. My last order at their drive-thru was a mixed bag. Coffee was so so. The bacon egg and cheese wraps were OK, but the Old Fashion Donut and French Cruller were all dried out and stale. To add to it, they have raised the price of their donuts to $1.29 ea. The quality has been steadily deteriorating at this location. Time for me to find another donut shop.
Stopped by at this Dunkin’ Donuts ? at the drive through to pick up breakfast on the way to work. The service was quick and efficient. Love the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee ☕️, breakfast sandwiches ? and toasted coconut ? donuts ?. Highly recommend this place!! ??
Donuts and service were great, but the iced coffee I ordered tasted bitter which meant the coffee had most likely been sitting there all day and not fresh.
My past experiences have be awfully bad when going to DD. But last Sunday March 13th 2022, A pink hair lady at the drive thru totally changed everything for me. While visiting from out of state and needing coffee. I took a chance. She was amazing and thanks for the laugh and smile..
Worse store ever. Rude employees and if the order is ready it just sits there they dont even check if it’s ready and it was ready
The guys working today were super nice and made my coffee great! Always fast service and great additudes at this location.
Ordered through Doordash and received the wrong persons order. (Which btw they got that persons order wrong too according to their receipt). Then I placed a request for redelivery, and finally got my order, only to eat half my sandwich and realize the bread had mold. I was appalled. They staff training, lack of hygiene and clear lack of sanitary practices of food safety are highly questionable and concerning to say the least. Absolutely terrible and never returning.
