Very nice workers today.
I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered online a few meals this morning for my husband and myself. I ordered the Lumberjack slam, and husband the Moons over my Hammy! Oh goodness where do I began.My slam was literally thrown together. My toast was extremely hard, the eggs were huge chunks no scramble what so ever, and the bacon looks like they placed it in a skillet for 2 mins and took it out. What the hell is this to even give someone that’s spending their money..?? Anyways moving on my husbands sandwich was so damn greasy u could literally lotion ur body with it. These cooks needs to slow down and pay more attention to how they’re cooking and serving customers. Presentation is everything guys!!!!

There were ONLY three staff members. Two in the kitchen and 1 seating, taking orders & delivering the orders & she was also the cashier. You could SMELL the old sewage inside of the building. The food did not taste good at all. The cook was not a good cook. We stayed because the service was WONDERFUL & THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. THEY ARE IN NEED OF AN UPGRADE IN EQUIPMENT AND SEWAGE. THEY NEED HELP, MORE OF A STAFF. Their register was not accepting customer's cards on the first few tries, ..........................
Very unprofessional place! Barely greeted by a young man who was dressed in big clothes sagging with dirty long fingernails who sneezed in his hands but didn’t go wash them. When I suggested he do so he walks to the back and comes back minuets later but the restroom was 10 feet or less in front of him. Then forgets to give me my orange juice I had already ordered and when I asked the guy standing there who was fixing a personal coffee he tells me he can’t fix me an orange juice because he’s a cook and only servers can fix you an orange juice. Another lady comes in and when I ask if that’s correct she tells me he wouldn’t know what cup to put orange juice in anyway..🤔 The last visit prior I ordered a Turkey sandwich with no bacon but it was overwhelmed with pork! Had to throw the whole sandwich away! Money wasn’t refunded nor was I compensated with another sandwich on the previous visit although this was mentioned to the staff. Horrible experience..no more patronizing here for me!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star as giving it 1 star is giving this location way too much credit!!!
Came for brunch (as it was the only place open). My friend ordered nachos with extra queso and when it came out, it looked nothing like the picture. Brought this to the waitresses attention and that's when she informed us there was no pico de gallo. How about tell your customer when they order it? Then I ordered the omelet w/o cheese. Guess what? You guessed it, it came with cheese. I barely go to Denny's just for this reason (most times they don't accommodate for dietary needs) or just mess up the orders all together.
So the quality of the food was horrible my husband ordered a double cheeseburger to go and this is what he brought home super cold no vegetables no nothing on it just slapped and thrown in the box horrible horrible horrible service and now that I am calling to make a complaint they don’t even pick up the phone .. it doesn’t even look appetizing whatsoever this is exactly how they sent it… believe me ima make sure corporate knows about this!!!!
Few weeks ago me and my family went to eat here in the morning & our food look so delicious when eveything was served in our table! My Hubby was about to finish his Omelette and he sees this black thing with legs and guess what is was???? It was a roach a crunchy roach on his omelette ? This was so dissgusting and I called the waitress an Old Sweet lady and she just looked at his plate and said omg let me take this to the kitchen "Im so sorry" and left! Me and my family left the restaurant and Will NNEVERRR BE BACK! This Place need to get remodel and fumigate & have inspection regularly! Bad thing I didnt took a pix of the plate to post it here ?
