Just had a great experience here from the door to table and back out the door! Was met at the door and greeted by a lovely lady full of great energy, unfortunately I missed her name but she seated us instantly with nothing short of charm. Then our waiter; Donald; followed her lead and was at our table had our order and met us with the best personality in a young guy I have experienced in quite awhile! Our whole meal our food and drinks were on point and the entire staff kept that same friendly atmosphere going the whole time even as we checked out. The food was great as well. Yall stop in and pay them a visit and enjoy your meal.
I was highly impressed with our waitress. Never had to wait. From the door to the table, service was on point. Food Fresh, customer service excellent. I recommend this Dennys whenever you’re in the neighborhood. Dallas/Lancaster area. Kudos to Cookie, our waitress. The manager even came over and acknowledged my husband & I. This is my first time visiting Texas from VA and I went here and the manager, Monty is an amazing person. He has an incredible team of people working along with him. I ordered the ultimate omelette and I had a taste for French toast. Everything was delicious. Monty is a very nice person and he is very professional and so is his staff. The two young men that were cooking are superb. Can't wait to visit again. Please stop by. They won't disappoint you.
Sign at door stating one hour wait. Waitress saw us come to the doorway and didn't even greet waited like 3 minutes and I had to go to her to ask her if the hour wait was for at that moment, she stated yea that they were closed! Understand policies, hours, and short staff, but be polite and let someone know its closed instead of letting them stand there.
This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and laidback, but the staff are all really courteous and friendly. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The servers provide great customer service, they are always efficient, happy and polite. The store manager Cartina is a doll and she keeps everything running like a smooth oiled machine. I can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in the in the Oak cliff area of Dallas, Texas for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
The service here is outstanding! I understand the shortage of workers and all of that, so I am OK with waiting. This morning crew is working it all out with a smile and the music is AWESOME! Thanks to my server Donald and the hostess Sharita for making this Friday morning sparkle!
The Resturaunt was understaffed, but our waitress, Charita, was AMAZING! She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. On top of seating and cashing out other guests.
