This location is a cut above the rest. Rachel was an absolute gem during our visit at Denny's. She was attentive to our needs and very comfortable in her knowledge base of the menu. With her guidance, I made my selections with confidence and ease. The chef, Eddie, was remarkable. Not only did he cook our food exactly to our requests, he even made a cameo at our table to make certain that the food was to our liking. It is always refreshing to see such an invested staff at such an established restaurant
The worst Denny location ever. The waitress never want to serve her customers. We’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and then we decided to leave, the waitress was dancing happily when we leave! I don’t know what wrong with her. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t take the position and chance of other who want it. I hope the manager can see this review. If she is the manager, then I understand why this location is never busy like other.
Two things:1- Poor service. You can die of thirst before getting one refill. The waitress I had today seemed to want to rush me out as fast as possible. The place was almost empty, so that isn't the reason.2- This Denny's is always muggy. As in warm and humid. Even in the winter.I keep going there because it's the closest one to my house but I think from now on, I'll drive a little further down 75.
Ordered $6.99 breakfast, eggs that were ordered soft but came hard w/stiff cheese, hashbrowns that were very oily and cooked on one side. The pancakes are worst ever and coffee strong enough to grow hair on my chest. Meat and any substitutions from above are extra. Ordered toast and bacon. My $6.99 breakfast turned out to be $15. The two pieces of bacon were so limp and translucent were left with pancakes when I left.
They are under staffed and so rude ! The food was cold and only 1/2 of what I ordered by the rime I got the other 1/2 of my good it was all COLD! Eggs gravy everything . The manager don’t know what she is doing ! She should have been in the back taking up the slack but instead she was sitting doing NOTHING ! I would will not eat here again !
I stopped here for a burger and added avocado and onion rings. While waiting, a waitress walked past and I heard a little plop as a mound of whipped butter slid off a stack of pancakes and hit the floor. She delivered her food and joked about the butter and rationalized that "at least you know they're hot." She walked past it a couple more times without stopping to wipe up the obvious slipping hazard. After a lengthy wait my food arrived. As he placed it in front of me he commented that the onion rings were over-cooked and he would get different ones and he returned to the kitchen. As I lifted the bun I observed that the patty barely covered half of the bun and looked like the rest had broken off somewhere along the way. The waiter returned right away with golden brown onion rings, begging the question why I'd been served the original rings if fresh were that close behind. I commented on the meat portion and length of time I'd waited. He offered to start over, but I declined and went to Olive Burger instead.
The breakfast at this location is okay. I still don't understand why at this location the slam is $9.99 when at the location off of Henderson area the same slam is $5.69? I won't be going back. Also there was a bin full of dirty dishes with food next to game machines that were there the whole time, it is unsanitary. When we went to pay, the male cashier was not one bit friendly, he took our ticket with out as much as a hello or any small friendly talk. Denny's you need to talk to your employees about good customer service. Like I said I won't be coming back.
Very friendly staff and the food was good. The place was looking a little run down, but other than that it was all good.
Not a good experience. I will have to try it during the daytime hours. I became uncomfortable when the waitress started overlooking me, so I requested my ticket and left.
Two of us had nice dinner here and I ate from the breakfast menu There server (an energetic black female, whose name I do not remember) was terrific. The food arrived quickly and was very good with copious servings. As we ate, the booth allowed us to debrief about the day in a quiet environment.
