Me and my family went through good service but I need to clean the inside because it was iFly in side of the building swerving around our food and we got our food to go and it was hardly nobody in there today the white cheese waiting on us she was very respectful but the other ones were just sitting down lollygagging and doing other stuff I would never come back to this restaurant.
Everything was awesome the atmosphere was very good my server Rosa was amazing food was great and the bathrooms smell really nice
the waitress was great. food was hot and delicious
I went there not to long ago and my waitress Kayla took to long to give me my drinks she was on her phone while taking my order. I asked her for everything ok my burger she gave me a plain burger. She stuck her hand in my drink to get ice out when u said “very light on the ice “ she also had people waiting at the front while the other waitress did everything. And my eggs was not well cooked .
If I could give no star's I would. First upon entry the 3 servers were hanging out at the front counter we had to wait for them to finish their conversations..we were seated at a dirty table with bugs on it without silverware and menus I guess we are suppose to know the menu. I have too many more compliments to even waste my time going through them but I'm very sure this place isn't failing because of not enough employees, it's failing because of poor customer service.. I would just advise no one patronize this place if they can't respect you then they don't deserve your money.
I have had 1 good experience here during the day shift and 1 bad experience with the night shift. The day shift waitress was very attentive and helpful. The night shift cashier just completely ignored us as we stood right in front of her waiting to be seated only to be told some time after they weren't allowing dine in orders, only take out (it was only 845ish pm).
If I could it give them negative stars I will.... today was my most terrible breakfast I had in live with my kids..... Good was cold they y'all stuff need more training they don't even know what we ordered but this was my last visit to y'all place... Then we ask for the manager and she o her never show up .... What place are y'all runninglet me ask y'all a question are yall care about customer to and eat o just care about customer just to waits our money in something is not worth itAnd they don't give u nakens how we suppose clean our self good thing we didn't use the restroom cus make be they don't even had toliet papper.... But like I say thanks for your bad service today y'all make our breakfast so yammy
My son and I stopped here after working to have breakfast in the wee hrs. Servers were nice, food was just blah nothing good or bad to say.
I really enjoyed my breakfast, the hostess was very kind and attentive even though it was not a busy time. My steak and eggs was cooked exactly how I ordered them and the hostess took my order by memory. I have to say she has amazing hostess skills. The restaurant was a bit tricky to get to because it's next to a gas station off the side of the highway so you can only approach it from one direction unless you park at the gas station.
This Dennys had amazing service, my food was not hot when it was served but my husbands was... and wow for an original slam it was almost $10.00. That's way to much money. Just my opinion. But like I said the service was awesome!
