We love dining at this Denny's location! I have been dining here for 40 plus years. The recent renovation made us return. It is clean and has a fresh look and the service is exceptional. We love dining in Ricky's station. He provides the best 5 star service. The management is friendly and cares about the customers. The food is always fresh and delicious and the price point is better than most fast casual restaurants. If you order a salad, you can count on home made Ranch dressing - not some cheap imitation from a bottle! Try this Denny's for a great experience. You won't be disappointed.???????
They closed the Denny's in my city, so it was so excited when I saw one near my hotel while visiting Dallas! I loved the design of the building and it was extremely well-lit. This was a plus since we went at night. The breakfast was just as good as I remembered. And the size and quality of the burger my mom ordered- wow! Great, a portions of food for the price.
The food was cooked to perfection, so no complaints there. 3 stars because the waitress did not care at all and seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. The manager never asked about me or inquired about the service.A party of 4, service was already slow. My order was wrong, I specifically said that I wanted my eggs over hard. Everything was beautiful- perfect. I love hash browns full and fluffy, but plenty of crispy on the outside.But, my eggs were over easy- can't do runny eggs.I was hesitant already because the service was slow, but I sent it back to be remade. No lie 45 minutes later after everyone has already eaten, I finally received my plate but I didn't make a fuss. It was only after when she didn't apologize, didn't come and let me know that sorry it was so slow it's coming, etc. And the manager didn't come by to apologize. Then I got a little upset. I caught the manager as he was trying to speed walk past, explain my situation and he discounted the meal. All the while it was still perfunctionary. I'm sure there are plenty that try to get over and be a little nitpicky in order to get a discount, but this was a genuine grief- I wasn't trying to get something for free! So there you go, but the cook is great during the breakfast shift- I left a $10 tip specifically for him.I'll still go back because the food is good, but you would do well to improve the management skills there.
it's OK for on the go but at this location be picky on your waiter person the south American man that waited on me got my order wrong not to mention the other customers around me as well so be prepared and order wisely and make sure your order is correct
I was turned away 3.30.22 @ 2:20 pm stating they had no servers so they were providing take out only. However there were customers occupying at least one table and two booths. I've been here before and received excellent service. I'm greatly disappointed in this location's manager for allowing this.
Very kind lady. She knows how to give excellent customer service. My husband wanted me to eat breakfast and was great experience.
Denny's on Medical District in Dallas.#2144First let me say I find their coffee delicious. It's not too strong or bitter. Wish I had it to make as my morning brew every day at home.This is the second time in a week I come to this Denny's, the service by the staff and the food was as great as the first time.What more can you ask for, you get great service, great food, great coffee and in this day and time that can be hard to find at a fast food restaurant.My name is Jeanne Teasley and I give them 5 stars.

Denny's first time here being from NJ. But this location will be the place for me. The waiter Dennis was absolutely great the best ever Denny's thank your company for hiring Dennis! He was very knowledgeable of my food options when asked regarding food choices. Friendly smile very attentive to me and my group needs. The food was very fresh and arrived in a timely manner. This location in the Medical District had a fresh Renovation inside and outside. Keep up the good work Dennis and Denny's Medical District Location. I will be back this is the kind of things and people that employed by companies that make customers want to keep coming back and spread the positive word all is good @this location! You Won't be Disappointed!..Enjoy!
Great food and the young lady we had for our waitress was amazing. I think her name was Katherin. Would definitely go back
