The first visit to this Denny's was a five, but a subsequent visit a few days later brought the rating down considerably. It felt as if I was imposing on them. Usually the waitress will check back to see everything is okay or if you need anything else, not today. Even when the ticket was dropped off, just laid the ticket on the table and not a word.I felt really good when I went into the restaurant, but not when I left. I really struggled about leaving a tip, but I did. There was no one at the checkout and it took forever for someone to check me out. I almost walked out because of the long wait. You really need to have better customer service.
horrible time, we waited a while to even order from the menu despite knowing what we wanted, and waiting to get the food took a long time too, but was the food worth the wait? nah, my burger was okay, the fries outright had no flavor, bland as ever, and my friends had even worse food than I could have gotten. this was my first time coming, and looking at the menu i wished i could have enough money to try everything, but at this point i felt lucky to have tasted one decent food above many
food was good. the service was ok
People were nice and food was delicious. The staff made the experience even better! Would def recommend to anyone and everyone traveling
The service at this location was friendly and aware, but it was also very slow. Care was given as the child started complaining about waiting by bringing her fruit early. The meal was cooked to the liking of all at the table. Our hashbrowns were crisp and didn't need extra flavoring.

MANAGER AND COOK HORRIBLE! Staying at Wyndham Days here so went for breakfast. Very sweet and personable waitress Brenda was the only good thing that happened. I order steak and eggs and I asked for the sirloin and I decide on an omelette with vegetables. Brenda gets help with order but no one ask what temp I wanted my steak. I don't care, just need food at this point. The steak comes out and it doesn't look good so I send that back. Brenda brings out a raw steak and ask if I want remake. I say no, chefs are temperamental, cooks are worse.I decide to eat the omelette because I'm recovering from COVID and need nourishment. I have never spit that much food into a napkin. Something taste off about tomato and mushrooms don't look healthy. I ask sweet Brenda to go look on the low if it's fresh vegetables.I start thinking of getting something made because Brenda is encouraging. No other food close to hotel and car on an errand, I started crying. Brenda comes back says cook getting delivery so not cooking nothing. I started laughing, unbelievable so I ask for juice so something in my stomach besides rancid vegetables.I'm waiting on juice and car back so talking to my brother. Manager comes interrupts and takes plate and tells me in some intrusive goofy way I'm getting no food and keeps repeating I'm not getting charged. NO KIDDING weirdo lady, you'd better not charge me. I however ordered the juice and coffee so I wanted a ticket so I could tip SWEET BRENDA. Crazy Mgr wouldn't go away, mad I'm still talking to Brenda and wants me to leave. She calls the cops as if they can do anything but ASK you to leave. WASTING TAXPAYER DOLLARS POWER TRIPPING.. GHETTO ex crack head scene, I'm kicked out but resident homeless sleep in grass. He scared me because he's sleep by the door blending with the landscaping but paying customer not wanted. I told the waitress I was ordering him food to go, Mgr messed us all over. Homeless man's meal, me and Brenda's tip.
We were here at 5:00 am for breakfast before we drove three hours to get home after a medical treatment the day before at the UT-SW hospital. We were the only customers then. The cook and waitress were there waiting for us to come. The service was excellent, the food was great! My pancakes were the best! They had cinnamon and sugar with white icing, like a cinnamon roll! Yum! My eggs were perfect and the bacon crisp!Entry into the building is easy and convenient for a wheelchair. The restroom was very large and accommodated my wheelchair very nicely! It has a diaper changing table. The sink, soap, and paper towels were all easily accessible from the wheelchair.We are very satisfied customers and will return the next time we come for treatment at the UT-SW hospital.
Appears to be 3 people working the entire dinner crew. A cook and 2 waiters. Prices are good and the value is there, just expect a wait for everything, Service folks are doing the best the can for sure, just understaffed.
