Complete dump. I can understand why there was a shooting last week. Their service is nonexistent. Needs to be shut down and bulldozed.
It’s a great place for children and family to bond and have fun.
First thing was that after ordering nachos and requesting salsa. No Salsa. How do you sell nachos and not have salsa. Second was the martini was a half of a glass. Come on people this is a freaking bar after all. Serve up a decent drink. The food was less than average and no manager to speak to
Fantastic Customer Service from start to finish! We had a lot of questions and every team member was super patient and informative without making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Went here on "Motown night" (Feb. 18). Had dinner (chicken and fries).. chicken was delicious, "fries were fries". Good options for dipping sauce and spicy (or not). Wait staff was polite and very attentive. Each time a different server passed my table, they asked if everything was good and if I needed anything. The arcade was busy with the usual games. I found that I liked the electronic bowling games and the pitching games the best. The ticket prizes are reasonable and varied. I look forward to going back and running up my ticket count! Definitely recommend going here if you have a chance.
This place is all shades of fun. I had so much fun. Well, I went with my friend and our kids, it was so beautiful, we spent hours there. All the exciting games, so much to try out and so much to see.It was really an experience. It was my first time and definitely won't be our last. My daughter is only 9months old but she had a great time. The food was great too.Only reason I'm giving 4 star is coz the waiters weren't as friendly as the place. There's Noone to tell you where to sit in the dining area, would be nice to have someone greet and direct people to vacant seats or just signal where to go.Also, the food took a long time to come, maybe it seemed really long coz after the game time, we were all starving. The food was good tho, so overall very pleasant experience.We had the ice cream cocktail. It was good too. Just go there with your kids and have a great time.
Horrible experience! We placed our name on the waitlist to be seated. We were told it would be about an hour wait, so we played games while we waited...and waited, and waited. Many of the games were out of order. TWO hours and $80 worth of gaming later, still nothing! Sorely disappointed and will not revisit.
I came to a company event and spent most of the time alone playing games. I was pretty impressed with how well kept the place was with how many people were inside. The place was packed but it was well controlled and clean. Props to the young employees on the floor who were very respectful, courteous and polite. Most of these types of business are staffed with employees who seem to hate their jobs, Dave and Busters is the exact opposite of that. I really enjoyed my time spent here and would love to come back. It’s rare to see such a well maintained family business like this one. Keep it up guys, you have a great team and a bright future.
This was my first visit to Dave and Buster’s and I was impressed. The food was delicious!!! I was worried about eating out after a weekend of horrible out to eat meals. I figured I would give Dave and Buster’s a try. My family has a blast. I ordered an American cheese burger and some Buffalo wings. The food was delivered to the table in timely manner. The ordering process was all digital and user friendly. They also offered a 15% veteran discount for military and first responders. I use my veteran discount for my meal. The discount can only be used food and drink purchase not the games. There was a variety of games for the whole family. We purchased a play card to use on the games it was not that expensive the prices varied. I would anticipate spending about $150 to eat and play depending on your budget. A big thank you to Dave and Buster’s for a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning in the future.
Amazing! Haven't been to this one before and it was the best one I've been too! Loved the live music they had! Food was amazing and the drinks where good! Definitely will be back
