Terrible food, the veggie plater had no flavor whatsoever , all the lentils were over cooked mush, the "salad" had a nasty thick but watery at the same time dressing, the greens were def from a can. food took forever and was cold, injera was cold they used half to put veggies on the rolled the other half for dipping and the final straw for me was this hispanic cook lady , I'm good! waste of time and money

The Neatness of the place and the Warmness of the waitresses is amazing; it honestly made me feel home. The dish is Yummy and so filling. If they make the price a little bit 'right', that will be great. Most definitely, I will go again & again. Bravo sisters!
Service was AWFUL. The restaurant was out of many things and I placed my order at 2:08pm didn't see my food till 2:45pm but the couple of guys that the server was being friendly with got their 2 minutes later and they came in 15 minutes after me. She dropped the food off and never saw her. I finished my whole meal and not even a check up and had no drink in front of me because she never came by. After she tried to be friendly when dropping off a check. Me being a restaurant manager is bad customer service.
Gosh! This is an amazing place! The feel of the place was so local and original. I got their Doro Wott and their vegetarian platter. Finished it off with their Ethiopian coffee!
food was very delicious and kind services.price is good.
My husband and I ordered the vegetarian platter. It should have been a variety of vegetable dishes but it was 3 items. The picture on the menu implied 5-6. The very first bite I took I bit down into several slivers of glass. Then my husband took a bite as I was attempting to tell him and he too bit down into a sliver of glass (see attached photo) Needless to say we threw it away.I attempted to call them but there was no answer so I called the next day. I was told that they had run out of part of the vegetable dishes. Ok, so why weren’t we notified before they accepted our order? Then I told her about the glass and she said the owner would be notified and call me. I’m still waiting days later.BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! Clearly the owner could care less about his customers.
There are a lot of east African restaurants in Dallas. Most of them are of similar quality, but Dallul East African Cuisine really fell short compared to the others. My food took an hour to make, and by the time it was done my girlfriend's food was ice cold. It was obvious her food was just sitting there the whole time. The quality of the food was subpar, and serving were small, and the prices were slightly inflated. I don't see myself returning.
Very small business with great food and atmosphere. I haven't had anything that wasn't delicious.
The food was amazing the right amount of spice and so flavorful I will be back...
