Daisy Cakes was absolutely phenomenal! Where do I begin. The customer service is what did it for me! The Owner Faith literally arranged for the shop to be opened at 4:45am just so I could pick up my cake for my wife’s birthday since my hours at work was not conducive to their business hours! The cake was moist, picture perfect and such a treat. My wife love it! Thank you Faith and Thank You Michael for being such a joy and pleasure to work with!!
Was such a great experience ordering a custom cake. The cake was ready to be picked up early, even helped me play Tetris with all my things in the car so that the cake was safe and secure. Tasted absolutely delicious and looked better than I could have hoped. Thanks so much
So, I ordered a birthday cake for my cousin with specific instructions as I am big on symbols. Instruction #1 Happy Birthday (Name), did not happen. Instruction #2 Justice sign as she is a lawyer, did not happen either. Instruction #3 A biblical quote as she is spiritual, did not happen. Instruction #4 three Mickey Mouse symbols in a specific color, did not happen. I also ordered cupcakes, which were not delivered. Statistically speaking, I understand April is a saturated month for birthdays. I do not expect a perfect cake as this is not my first rodeo with ordering specific decors on cakes. But the fact that you missed a 'Happy Birthday' sign on a birthday cake is completely unacceptable. As a business owner that caters for special occasions, you should know and understand the seriousness of an assignment. The icing on top was the fact that I had NO budget. For the amount of money spent,, I expected a better delivery than this for this! The only thing done right was the delivery. Highly disappointed.

So happy with our order! Not only did it look amazing, but the flavors (double chocolate and lemon and raspberry) were incredible. We received so many compliments on the cake. Customer service was fantastic. Would 100% recommend - thank you for making our baby's birthday so special.

Ordered my graduation cake from here and it was delicious. I had the Oreo flavor and loved it. Great customer service and great prices. They were very accommodating to what I was wanting and the design was lovely.
I was shopping around for a cake for my husband's birthday, and after reading some of the reviews here, I thought I would give it a shot. So many raved on the deliciousness of the cakes. Well I was highly disappointed. First of all, the customer service when ordering the cake was horrible! I even let the lady on phone know that I was a first time customer and that did not good, her icy blunt tone did not change at all! I should have just stopped right there, but I didn't, I proceeded to order. I also read that many customer received cupcakes as well at no charge because of being first time customers. Well that didn't happen for me. When I picked up cake, I told the owner about my phone experience, and all she did was make excuses for staff ( still no free cupcake for my experience). Okay, well I get home with the cake, I hoped that it at least taste good for my trouble and lack of consideration from this bakery. It did not. The cake was very dry, lacked of taste, barely sweet, and the filling had a strange taste....this cake does not taste like it was made with fresh ingredients. That poor customer service on phone seem to have spilled over into the making of this cake. I was embarrassed as I served this cake. Needless to say, the prices are not that cheap at this bakery. But I'm not one to be concerned with price if I'm getting quality and a great product. To think, I was going to use them for my birthday and daughter upcoming celebration. I learned the hard way unfortunately.
Incredible cake!!! Looks even better in real life. Far exceeded my expectations. Michael (owner) and his sister were so easy to work with and very responsive. Very fast turn around time. Helped with recommending size of cake for party. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Daisy Cakes!
This was my first time working with Daisy Cakes. The cake was tasty and the design was almost exactly what I asked for. Overall, I’d order from them again. I would like to share where they can improve on for the growth of the business- 1.) they handle their cake order inquires out of house and had I never reached out to the store, they wouldn’t have received my business bc no one ever responded to my email, 2.) the cake to icing ratio is off. I got an 8 inch round and it only had two layers. Cake- fruit filling- cake. 3.) unless otherwise stated, follow inspiration picture to the T. I wish the icing crown on top was tall like my picture and I wish there was no cascading icing coming down the front like my picture. 4.) improve on customer service. When picking up, the male manager (I’m assuming) was quite rude and snippy. Had it not been for the sweet girl who’s name starts with an A, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.*only the cake was made by Daisy Cakes*
