They selling hog mags saying they are chitterlings owner was rude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about. I ask for refund she said she don’t give refunds

It’s always a pleasant experience dining with D’Ventures Restaurant.

My daughter lives in another state for Mother's day she Door Dash from this restaurant. It was very thoughtful cause I wanted soul food. Was looking forward to a good meal.THE FOOD WAS SO SALTY I TRULY COULDNT EAT IT. I HAD OXTAILS WHICH WERE 4 THIN CUT. THE RICE OR CABBAGE TASTE SPOILED. THE GREEN WERE SIMPLY HORRIBLE NO THOUGHT IN PREPARATION .2ND PLATE CHICKEN FRIED SIMPLY COULD NOT EAT IT WAS TOO SALTY.I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE ELSE.

This is my second time at this restaurant and I am pleased to say it was just as good the 2nd time around. But this time was worth mentioning because of the kindness that was shown to my daughter who picked up the order. The staff took my order over the phone and was so pleased to serve my child and offered a cold beverage because she was overheated once she arrived. Thank you. Thank you, Thank you.

The food was great I had chicken fried steak I loved it. The people could be a friendlier. I'm black, I here many black people say "support black own businesses." Can you tell the black own business to have a better attitude. Hello how you doing would be nice. Hi may I help you would be nice. They act like they annoyed that you showed up to try their food.

Food is terrible I ordered some Chitterlings and they were not seasoned, but the server added salt on it and she put the whole bottle of salt on them Chitterlings it was so salty I had to throw them away!! I was so angry because I had drove 40 miles for some good seasoned Chitterlings and paid 57.00 dollars for cup and a half of Chitterlings very sad situation, but I want be back!! Please season your Chitterlings while they are cooking, don't pour salt on them when you are serving them because it taste terrible!!!??

I've been looking for chirterlings everywhere. I found these lovely ladies and there food is so good. They are the true mean of down home cooking.

This little container was $23…bland, no seasoning and the presentation was just horrible…just all over the inside of the bag…cornbread was wet before I could even open it! I normally don’t write reviews on Black Owned business but they don’t offer refunds and she wouldn’t even accommodate my complaint. I just feel like I was robbed! Maybe it’s just me but I am not happy with this and will not be getting them again.

First time trying them. Had fried pork chops, fried catfish, greens, mac & cheese, yams, & green beans. All the sides were seasoned perfectly. Pork chops were ok. Catfish was good. Greens could've been cut instead of left in giant leaf form. Mac & cheese wasn't very cheesy but still really good. Couldn't go inside when I went last week or so & I ordered in person standing out in freezing weather. Customer service definitely should have been better.

My friend took me and other people to eat at this establishment a while back, and I need to be held up at gunpoint in order to return. The way that they treat their customers is in a way if they have never been taught basic manners in their life, and they start complaining to you when THEY have done something wrong. I was just mentioning something about my food, and the employee administering the food was the definition of discourteous. I commented on my food because it was a little raw, and the employee has the audacity to get mad at ME. I honestly don't know how this establishment is still up and running. The food is also horrible, I wouldn't feed it to my dog. My four-year-old niece could make something better than what I ate that day. Like I stated previously, I need to be held up to gunpoint to return to this place. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, absolutely NO ONE.
